Its absolutely normal for people not to like your favorite artist. They just like different things. If we all liked the same things, life would be pretty boring.

I have a feeling this thread was solely made to piss poor Nectarios off... as to MWNN, they have written some absolute all time hits back in the day! No doubt about it. Maybe too cheesy for some, but back in the early nineties all of us loved it!

true..
my impression is that maybe it sound cheesy today, but back in the day that sound was totally new and cutting edge , you had to go to goa or in really underground parties to hear that stuff ... back in time there is a big difference..

cheasy means cheap, easy to archieve, non original, non sofisticated sound...

i dont think so, it have his own signature, his tracks can be recognized by far earing the way they are built, the synth patches...
i think you dont know what cheasy really is...

Seriously? That's your defining "Goa" track? It sounds like UK psy trance with an extremely commercial edge to it, probably why the likes of Oakenfold spun his tunes so much.
IMO it's a nice track but it is far from the real Goa trance vibe. Mahadeva by AP wipes this off the floor without even trying.

New or late People to the goatrance scene has wrongly been told (by commercial interests) that melodic artists made up the whole Goa scene and defined what is considered to be "true" Goatrance.
Newsflash! There are tons of artists from those days who had their own sound and was just a big part of defining what Goatrance was/is all about. - Diversity and unique music!

I think Man With No Name Teleport is pretty well written...
the main melody is pretty rich just by the fact its very unique and as soon as you ear it, you recognize the track, there arent many astral projection tracks that have a so well "defined" lead like the main lead from teleport...
astral projection tracks usualy are like a soap of melodys, but most of them dont have a so strong signature...
besides that, as electronic dance music, man with no name tracks are better for dancefloors than the astral projection
astral projection music are great to ear... but on dancefloor that dont have a so good result, because arent so much rich in terms of rhytmic oscilation and perhaps that why if you give astral projection tracks, and man with no name to people who ear techno or house music, they will chose Man With no name... i garantee you that
because man with no name tracks are indeed a kind of an edge, but not in a comercial perspective, they are indeed open to many directions, they can fit better on a major variety of dancefloors, but thats not a bad thing, and actualy they do define very well what goa trance really is...
Teleport is Twisted like hell, it does teleport you, the melodies sound tribal and exotic enough like goa trance should be...
the track is also acidic with very nice colours in terms of mixing...
and let me tell you this, the mixing from the original 90´s track is better than any neo goa stuff you can ear this days
it sound really FAT... excelent production for the period IMO
