Mike, Remember that a good guitar and amp (What makes the unique sound of a player) costs not less if not more then a good soundcard. and labels don't usually pay for studio hours, it gets deduced from the advance. (Unless your name is Shlomo Arzi) so rock is still much more expensive to produce then trance. |

Psy-Kid-On-The-Floor why do you find this hard to believe i have shitloads of albums-mp3-burns
but if the album rocks i will buy it also....i prefer and original audio version anyday over an mp3....
it's all about quality to the ears....

Let me see...U download a CD from the net (free & easy), burn it to an empty CD(~1$) and after you got this quality CD that you were looking for you get out of your house (longer way then the net) , go to the store and buy a CD (~15$).
BULSHIT , i can't belive you that every CD that you like you prefer to go to the shop.
its like that : 2 options : eather you are really stupid or its just that you want to say incorect words here in the forum |

psy kid listen, you are right, i dont burn the cd's.. i kust download a few tracks from the cd. if i like them than i will go and buy it if i dont than i dont have use for them and i erase them.
no one in the world is that important to me so i will be dishonest.. specially not in a forum with people whom i dont know.. and i dont consider my self stupid aswell..
got more options for defining me? cause it seems i dont fit in your 2 genious categories..

Well im with jacky. Im a dj and i download a lot of tracks at school(my 56k modem is too slow at home), but since i cant burn cd`s at school. i like to listen to the tracks, and go buy the cd, if its good. Not all the people out there are just plain burning the cd`s as soon as it gets out on the market. there are still people who buy the cd. especially in japan, since all the newbies are so computer illiterate, they all go out and buy their cd`s. i dont see the prices coming down but there are still more n more people each day going out and buying trance cd`s. So what im tryin to say is people who burn, just burn, people who buy, buy! Nothing can be done.
All the artists and dj`s out there, when you get a promo(burned cd), dont tell me you go out there and buy the original after its released. |
