I want to know what music education or some music expirence have the artists around the world...i have been listening some tracks and i notice that some of the melodies are from people who plays piano like Mozart,Bethoven etc.So to play a melody like this in track i think that this artists have some music education for example in this track Toxic vs Seroxat - Ice cream.I want now to know did the other world famous artists have music education.

i agree, you can really hear on this album the classical music approach
and on the contrary there are albums which could not be made with a formal music education...

music creation has lots of sides to it, every person is unique.
education is diverse and individual, everybody has some sort of education, life is educating in it self.

art is about feeling, you cant educate that. or maybe you can?

still i also think that a artist should know a thing or two, but i dont demand formal education, working with others and having a urge to learn more and having a active discussion about music will take you far...

sometimes the ones that knows least are the biggest innovators...

for sure not need education for melodies.. just some brain and practis, ALOT of practis and few tips from friends but for good melodies u need to know what u are doing so it sounds proffesional tho. But this u can learn from home

Education: i dont think so....

But yea sense & knowledge of music like beat matching & chords etc is a must. Some are blessed & gifted AND some learn through education & practice.

Imho, without a good ear, without good taste, without good ideas, without knowing your tools, without a sense of groove, music education is still a waste.

Ofcourse, one man's noise is another man's music.

i think you dont need to have a great sense of hearing i mean

come ooooooooooooon

bethoven was deaf.

i think the most important is to like music, be patient and have will to learn for your self.

if some one teaches then it would be easier of course, but in the end the cuality of the songs depends on you not your teachers or schools

no doubt a musical background helps..........

obviously helps with formation and structure of composition of music......

however......as user FREEFLOW had mentioned earlier "life is educating in itself"......i believe in this totally.........

i believe once you know how to use some of the musical programs........add in creativity.......... and more importantly a strong desire to produce something.........

i believe with these ingredients.........something special can be made......

I am sure that the big names in our scene have the ''know how'' on making music.Personally i like listening tracks that have samples from older genres...For instance,Juno Reactor used the ''12 seasons'' of Vivaldi in Feel The Universe track and made it so impressive....Nowadays Wizzy Noise use samples from the 80's like Depeche Mode(i have the feeling that the Sabotage track has samples from Personal Jesys)
