Hey

Just got back from Bharmour, sitting in chamba right now and all i can say is i am truly mesmerized by the bharmour side and beyond.

Walked for 20 Km today and got back from what i can safely say the best ever village i have ever seen in the Himalayas "Kugti"

An overview >> my emotions ran high, the people were beyond words, the remoteness of the village stands apart from anywhere else, the gaddis(shepherds) are the really humble with outsiders, and the nature was extraordinary with snow all over the place.

I think i found my shangri la for some years(Before the ongoing goddamn road connects it)..pics when i get back to dharamshala tomorrow.

More on kugti later.

Hi thanks for the words, i am glad to show you these places..its time to get out and do some exploring heheh

@Amit >> we sure will talk soon over MSN, lots to catch up

@Krunal > Thanks bro, i am sure you understand the emotion with this travel of mine..the trek to kugti is straight forward no climbs, gentle push towards the vulture infested area...its 13 km from hadsar and you can cut short the walk to 5 km if the road conditions are good to go beyond hadsar.
its nothing like bashal, that trek was phaadu

Lemme know if you wanna know more
