i would say the best of todays minimal progressive goes to Sensient.. i just love the way he takes me on trips with his music.. some might say it takes long to get to "the point" of the track, but those people are too much influenced by full-on non-progressive stuff..
Definatly the best minimalist of 2003/2004..
i'd give him a grammy award but i don't think he sold enough albums.. shame..

When it comes to progressive I love the scandavian sounds..
Djs like Dj LikWit, Max K, Bobina, Kasey Taylor.
Producers such as Wink, Avus, Amiere, Bobina, Ozgur Can..
One of the best tracks I just heard is Lazyboy - The Manual (Rune RK Mix)...if you havn't heard it yet, the vocals describe in good detail how to make a joint 
Instead of all the energy and effort directed at the war to end drugs, how about a little attention to drugs which would end war?

a lot turns to progressive which its cool but not minimal
