Just wanted to tell you guys that this might be the best chill out music in the world. There first CD "Blue Lines" has to be one of the best CD's of all time. If you aren't familiar with them try out the songs "Daydreaming" and "Tear drop on the fire" just for starts           Both teams played hard

I really like Massive Attack. It was what made me love eletronic music, long long time ago ... They make Trip-Hop, kinda of blue music ... There is a sad atmosphere I think for a chill out, and very very comercial lyrics! Their instrumental stuff is greaaat (try "weather storm"). I think they are really good musicians but in my opnion just some tunes would fit for the chill out. But give a listen for sure everybody !           www.myspace.com/djpinmusic

Well everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I feel that some of the best poetry ever written has been about love. Take this one for example:
Love, love is a verb.
Love is a doing word
Feather's on my breath
Gentle impulsion
Shakes me
makes me lighter
Feather's on my breath
Teardrop on the fire
Feather's on my breath
Nine night of matter
Black flowers blossom

Water is my eye
Most faithful mirror
Feather's on my breath
Teardrop on the fire
of a confession
Feather's on my breath
Most faithful mirror
Stumbling a little Stumbling a little
(of course it sounds much better when you have a beautiful womans voice singing this) If this is commercial then I want to buy the whole store.           Both teams played hard

'unfinished sympathy' takes me way back to my early clubbing days(i've got the original 12" vinyl of this track they were only called 'massive' back then!) , beautiful track but it seems weird to me now that it was once played on the techno dancefloor...anyway
i just got 2 full cds of massive attack......one is called 'massive versions'......alternate versions of some of their work.
the other is 'massive dubs' which of course is a cd full of massive attack dub mixes........i like this one very muchly......there's 2 dub versions of teardrop on it , a dub version of protection , and a lot of the mixes are from the mad professor.

There was a hole cd mixed by Mad Professor.
BTW they were called Massive 10 years ago because of the gulf war, they just didn't want to be linked in anyway to the war. And also "Blue lines" was the only album that was released in the week when the war began. some trivia facts for you.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

I think Massive Attack broke up. It's a shame - my favorite trip-hop band.           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222

Can anyone recommend some bands along the same (blue) lines? I recently discovered the band Portishead, their CD Dummy is mindblowing. Any more?           Both teams played hard
