Q - why do sun and jin start speaking in English all of a sudden after sun suddenly gets her speech back when she sees jin - was it for the audience? isnt it weird to change your own local language or whatever!
and oh, please please please spare me with the spoilers. im still on episode 14, its 5.30 am and im about to see stars in daylight in about an hour if i don't sleep. on seciond thoughts, why did i come to this thread! :@

Im ashamed, completely ashamed, that i trusted the writers have some organized view to conclude what i thought to be a superb show. Instead, just go around look at the websites and blogs, and see, that once again- there are many answers, i mean theories.
This had to be the worst possible ending, with too many questions left unanswered. The christian shepherd plot is so annoying that i felt sick iv watched this show since its beginning.
FU jj, i swear i will never watch any of your shows again. |

If you didn't like it, you probably didn't understand it fully. I advice you to dig further in the web to seek for some answer regarding the meaning of the flash sideways. At first I was disappointed as well but I read some explanations and now I am disappointed much less.

had always found the opinions on boards more intelligent than the script itself... and this was back in season 1.
maybe that was the strategy: throw some vague mumbo jumbo out there and let the audience make what they want to out of it.

A big cop out of an ending 
It's not just that there were so many questions that went unanswered, but more that up until that point Lost had been amazingly well thought out in terms of connecting things and piecing things together that when they pull back and show you the big picture, it blows your mind away... and the reality is that just didn't happen.
I was really hoping for everything to connect and see the bigger picture for the masterpiece it was... but it just didn't happen... needless to say I was let down... you could maybe say my expectations were too high, but up until that point my expectations were always exceeded... not this time, especially where I needed it the most...
The only thing that can redeem this ending is if they are planning another story on the island... |
