I am looking for good DSP unit and maximum quality process and synthesis. Outputs Inputs i would like at least 4. Because 2 is torture and usualy more is needed. Basicaly for MIDI maybe small recordings. I can always add a mixer to the equation later on if there is a need to record more. 
I wissh i could buy from abroad but i'm guessing that at those prices there is a law that makes you pay crazy tax above 200$ you order from abroad i think.Pretty sure but will check it out in reality. Really crazy taxes .  Makes me so pissed >:(

if you are in Israel you have many producers there and maybe you can find good 2nd hand equipment!
Ask some guys like Faxi i'm sure he will help you and maybe he will know a cheap store or something...

maybe change your opinion abt 2nd hand when it comes to uad. i bought a uad1 xpress for 100 euro and it works perfect, yesterday put an old uad1 pci in my new computer and it works also, it is from 2005 and was moved around a lot in different climates. i think if you can check a working uad card you are safe to buy it.
2nd hand souncard is bigger risk, seems like i was lucky. but i can see your point, almost changed my mind to buy new one. good luck in the quest. wish i had the upgraded card earlier. i used the ti souncard and now , compared with the rme its like the virus souncard had some light distortion on it. i think that quality with soundcards comes with price.

How much for Dynaudio BM6A? Did you consider BM12a or even BM15a instead? In your case i would go for 12a at least.
I would go for internal Lynx or RME.
Then get UAD.

i did  very costy though i need to not eat for about 10 years for them I was thinking to get some big boxes lately. Do suggest the dynaudio ? I heard Quested are very nice for psy . Gonna get a large room. too ,so
