im feed up with all the crap going on in this forum i think either surrender and the crew would never act like this with no maners and no objectivity at all.
i am proposing a change inmidiatly of actitud like a last warning for the moderators in this section to behave as they need to behave and if you substance or jou* take out this topic really beleave --US, THE COMMUNITY-- that we'll do everything to take you guys out of this forum.
SO.. this topic is made to help our moderators how to work in this forum,,pls people tell all what you want for the good of them PLEASE. |

I believe that they both lack of objectivity, thats all i have 2 say 4 jou*.
But substance, masta... u also need 2 grow up bro, u need 2 realize that u dont live alone, and that other people`s opinion r valuable...

i most add for the cause :
if there is caps or spanish: warnings is the way.
if there is allready the topic : move the topic where it belongs.
you dont delete it , you dont cancel it.

I think the basis for all is R E S P E C T and i think we must remember this before posting anything, there´s no use in just trying to hit someone with a comment. This forums are to improve communication of ppl that interested in the same movment, and communication helps things to flow.
But what happens when ppl dont even try to cooperate?
Yes its true, we all have free will and also freedom in expressing thoughts and feelings, but i also hink there are ways to say it, even if we are mad.
I think we shoud remark here that honesty is extremly important due that fact of making bussiness, and plz moderators pay attention to this, cause if more than one ppl is saying...U should try and do something about it.
I want also to remark that im not in behalf of anyone, just trance music. |

Sorry man, but did u read what was this about?????? I guess not... Makes you laugh?, u laugh at the fact that we r surrounded by robbers?, it makes you laugh the fact that our scene has been dying over the past years,and we havent done anything about it?...Please Xplain it 2 me, cuz i just cant c where the fun part is...
And when we try to speak about it, when we look 4 support, we just get censored, we recive a slap and a spit right in the face, i hope u can understand why r we talking against the mods man;)...

is a shame this type of things have to happen..
i have given up on this...
It will be very very hard to ever trust on a crew in Mexico for one of our artists or any international act we bring to san francisco and passing trough mexico for booking..
I want to also comment that not all the scene is fucked there is top notch promoters like the 5th Element Crew and the audiopathik crew, maldek, avizz and all of you that have always been there and supporting the small underground scene..

the whole problem is about money, but thats why the contracts exist for, for the artist more than a scene this a job, if they want to get juice out of it without stabs and fakes i think the contracts are the best way to save complains, disrespectfull opinions and bad treats, it makes me laugh because this has been happening since lot of years back, artist got it all in the face and no one does nothing about it jejeje

Actually,its absurd that this makes you laugh, I mean yeah, our scene is dying jaja, the artists, which btw r humans as we do, get robbed everytime they come 2 mexico jaja...
Does any1 actually sees the fun part??, please tell me cuz i am missing it, and it seems pretty obvious...

Dont fight please, ur not going any where like this, i think the whole problem originated since the booking,
1- you ALWAYS use contracts & u dont send the artists to the foregein country specially mexico if 50% of the whole tour fee is not in the booking manager acount.
2- the artists should never stay at peoples homes always hotels to avoid this type of situations, speacially when the artists and the person who is gonna receive at home dont know each other, artists always stay at hotels.
3-the artist does not leave the hotel to go perform until the full amount of the fee is payed, in my case i charge 100% of the fee before eaven flying the artist into the country.
if you folow this 3 simple steps you will never find yourself in this situation
about the deleted post, there are rules at isratrance in the home page u can read them and they are very clear about the caps and the spanish , the caps are considered as yelling, and the spanish or any other language that is not english is not allowed couse people from other countries do not undestand, i think it would had been much more easier to just adapt the deleted post into this simple understandable rules and continue on.
in this life we need to be practical, fight less, think more , move faster.
about the fights with the moderators .substance & jou* i think its way tooo personal stuff that has to be fixed on PM

if anyone has something to say about an organization please post in the black list no caps no spanish.
we need to keep order and follow the rules, this is life and this is how live mechanism is everywhere, if we cant handdle it in a forum i dont want to imagine how it will be in the outside world.
there was a very looong waiting and beging and fighting to have mexico on isratrance and we all want to keep it, so keep it cool.
