Seth first of all learn to use other words instead of stupid and bullshit and then we can chat chat.
I dont know if you really own Spun Records (i doubt to be honest) but the way you talk is unacceptable and you better hire a Public Relationship Assistant in order to answer to people's question because you are not very good at it.

Hi all
I just wanted to say that it is really no point in yelling at eachother over these matters.
I've heard some bad stories of what this and that artist has done but as long as it is not first hand information I keep it to myself .... and even if it is what's the point? You will just end up with more negative energy within yourself than the people it was aimed for! People behaving bad and not showing respect or whatever will be held responsible to their own karma so don't bother!!
if you wanna take action .... don't buy the music or don't go see the dj or band.

Sethspun, dude, relax, everyone's here has one's right to say whatever he wants and to write his own opinion, if it is not abusive and done with RESPECT. Some of them right, some of them not, you are not to judge them. If it is abuse it will be deleted by one of the MODS, that's their job, you job, as you said is to manage the label (if you really are) and to try to develop the music. If you can't stand critics, just don't try to shoot ...
Me, personnaly, like GMS and I have nothing against people rumoring about their music and telling that it is all the same. I will still hear their music and dance to their melodies at the parties.
Moreover, I will be very happy to see here GMS guys and sharing thought and critics with them and not with sdome third person.
To the rest of the guys, I just want to say, stop crying about how GMS is bad, I've seen and heard enough not so simpatic things about many artists. For example, some OD-ed artists, who can't even start their set, other ones, who didn't show up without informing and others cutting the set after 30 minutes. Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else. |

personaly i'm not a GMS fan, but Sethpun has the right to correct Kaz, and to be correct it was Traveller who startet the name calling, nothing personal  Traveller... So offcourse he gets a little opset when everyone is against him, so cut him some slack, and relax people...

I can understand seth's position and agree with him on a few matters: As their label manager he is dealing with the bookings and external connections they have with promoters all around the globe.
GMS, although I personally am not that keen for their music, are the most booked artists nowadays in the trance world. Therefore a lot of promoters talk with them about bookings and already run to Issue the flyers with the gms name all over it. (I'm really not implying anything here traveller,I'm just talking out of my own experience). This is a thing that can't be prevented and the audience is usually fucked up with a lousy substitute.
Seth and his crew are doing a good job in trying to overcome the very big demand for the performance and for the cds, and they should get a good feedback just for that.
As for the track being or not being real or "destroying quality" topic I can assure you that Seth knows GMS's music better than anyone here since he is the one releasing them eventually!!
So let the man do his work and please don't get personal and offensive however angry you get!! This forum is a home for a lot of people, no one wants to see his home turned into a war zone,we have that enough outside!

what were trying to do and just so you all know i would much rather talk about music or drugs any artist not just gms as im also afan just like everyone i love simon ,infected dado,tip twisted,sphongle ,everything im more atrancer than anything if you knew me you would allknow that p.s i just think gms gets an UNFAIR rap and everybody makes mistakes thats life |

I thought this forum was about RESPECT! Let's not make of this forum a fight club. Everyone has it's own taste, for sure, but let's keep cool and respect each other.
So, GMS missed some gigs? Simon Posford made the same mistake already, and it was not only one time. Why not open a thread about "how Simon is a arrogant something"?
I don't know why lots of people like write bad things about GMS every time their name appears in this forum. We already have lots of threads yelling bad things about GMS.
This thread should be about respect to GMS. Just read the first post and you'll see it.
kaz, DETOX and traveller, don't take it personal, but it's all about the scene, and you shouldn't say bad things about producers, especially good and world wide respected producers. This is the same as killing the scene (Sesto Matan taught me this).
If you wanna complain, go to one of the already numerous threads about it and do it.
