hey jesus...
first of all, respect that you keep workin on one and the same file for such a long time. from my position, if i can´t finish a track in a time roundabout 2-3 weeks, í´ll have to drop the idea and start working on something else.
however back to your track:
like it more and more. definetly i can see and hear respectively continuous improvements in all of them. it just gets better and better. you did a lot in the low freqs like kick and bass. also the percussion works nicely. flow is also much better. you got the both more 'heavy' parts and more 'easy' parts. i really like it.
nevertheless, there are still some tiny things you 'could' improve. you don´t have to. the track´s allready workin. first thing would be to work on the voice samples, you got in there. they seem to be a little misplaced. they don´t do play their role they should play. either they, imo, should create a certain space, do something for the track flow(often in breaks) or just are a message, you wanna tell. i can´t figure out yet, what they´r supposed to do in this part. maybe you should work them in a certain direction. else i´d drop ´em.
other thing is the synths. you could try to 'play' it a tad more, to squeeze and tweak them, make the bigger and smaller, depending which part they´re playin´(like, intro, 'chorus') to boost certain parts in general. that would be the issues, i wanna see in your track. if not in this one, then maybe in the next. just keep up the work and keep improvin´your tracks, to really turn them into outstanding ones.

I feel myself like a student on music lessons 
About track: this is my first 7min track after 3 years of 30 sec slices.. i work on it about 4 month... I start it in december 2005 Sometime i just want to stop it forever... But stars tnink different
And return to track - you absolutely right about voice samples. I just want to fill a space. And they was ready.. But not so fine I got a key about voice samples - they like any other part of track must fit very well...
And abou synth. i don't quite understand what you mean when say i need to 'play' it more tad... I think there must be automation on volume on this synth... Maybe sometime lay it to background... sometime raise volume...
I think all this happen in next track. I realy like this track but i need to go forward! More emotions, different fillings, life is all around

that´s exactly what i´m talkin about. the single sounds like synth, kick, base, drums have to interact with each other. each of them can play more in the background or at the forefront, depending of the part of track. you´ll have to see it like a rockband or something, where the musicians have to try to work at the same part at the same flow. if the guitar would play the same riff all over the song, without any variations, the listener´d get bored. or the triangle would play the whole song a 32th rhythm also in breaks, it wouldn´t feel right. (hope you get what i´m talkin about  ). so, they have to adjust their instrument, in order to get one band sound.

my next goal - whole track change the scene of the track. Not so statical...
