It seems that there are very few psytrancers that like Juno Reactor?

It seems that everytime i see, or post a thread about 'Juno Reactor', the reaction is very poor. There are very few people looking at the threads. And there's also very few people responding. I know the most of you will say that.. 'naaa.. i love the albums Shango and Bible Of Dreams', but what about Juno Reactor in general? Remember that Juno Reactor was one of the acts that started psytrance back in the late 80th's, early 90th's.
You know.. The Orb, OTT and Juno Reactor all got a connection if you look inside the truth 
and i would also like some of you to check out this post (its about Luciana)

(btw. I know that Juno reactor, is not a pure psytrance act.. I deffently think they have alot of psytrance (transmission). and most of the music is psy in general.. But the most important thing about Juno Reactor, is the basslines... I "think" OTT is the engineer on all of the albums..? Anyhow.. I love Juno's basslines.. so deep.. so driving.. The bassline is just so complite and organic IMO. .. )

I dont belive thats the main answer, but thanks for the reply  Even if theres "only" young psytrancers in here.. Witch i know is false. Most of you should know the name 'Juno Reactor' |

I dig Juno Reactor - one of the three greatest psytrance acts of all times in my book (along with Hallucinogen and Koxbox). Most people look for more formulated and less organic music though.

man i dig a lot Juno, maybe i'm young but that music is just amazing.
hehe, he got lots of $$$ now while dealing with hollywood
new album will be cool.

No no no no... I never said that OTT is Otto The Barbarian. I said that i belive OTT was/is the engineer on most of the Juno Reactor albums. (As on Sinead O' Conner)
But that wasnt really the point was it?
btw. are you the same Traveller as the Traveller on http://www.psynews.org? In that case.. i have read your great reviews for many years. And Juno Reator - Luciana might interest a creative mind as your self. *respect*
Otto The Barberian is = Dont want to answer.. I will only make a fool outof myself.. hehe (But if i would have to guess, i would bet my money on Ben?). I took the test on http://www.reactorleak.com a long time ago ... It's a fucking hard test man!!!

Bible of Dreams was my first trance buy (along with Wizardry of Ozz from Transient recs. and Wardance from Killing Joke). And it still is one of my favorite records of all time.
That bassline from Swamp Thing (sampled from Pink Floyds One of this days?)... just wonderful!

I just scanned my copy of "BEYOND THE INFINITE"
and the only distant hint of Ott being a part of it was the "Otto The Barbarian" thingy..

Juno Reactor is them, not him.
And i'm now scanning my albums for OTT ... And i cant find the name 'OTT'.. i see lots of people, including Otto The Barberian. But remember that no one that i know of can tell me OTT's real name. And who knows. Maybe OTT's real name is written on the albums? Or maybe i'm just plain wrong. I know OTT stops by here sometimes. But he would never tell us. Colin OOOD proberly knows too, but neither him or anyone else will tell us i guess. But that makes everything alittle bit more mysterius.. And we like it mystical.

Hmmmm.. really.. Hell? Isnt that a harsh word for a "beautiful" track like Luciana? I can deffently see your point. Because Luciana is a very hard track/album to like. But for some reason i loved it at once.
btw. First time i heard it, me and my friend was playing chess and smoked alot of spliff's.. And i think that was kinda the perfect "atmosphere" for a first time listen of 'Luiciana'

I'm pretty sure I read (in a review of Hallucinogen in Dub in something like Mixmag) that Otto the Barbarian IS Ott..
but the Juno quiz sez it's Ben Watkins.
I guess we'll never know for sure. |

it's great music, genious even. what a pity that i entered this community too late (1997) to dig all his stuff up...i wasnt aware of him in the beginning.
