I really didnt want to get into this, but there is a big reason why the posts have been becoming less and less, there use to be some really colorful people that use to come in this web forum and post things that may have been off topic sometimes, but they were funny posts, and they kept people smiling.
some of the moderators in here have really gotten an ego trip on deleting what they think is appropriate, and because of their actions there has been less and less posts in this forum.
I know of many people that feel the same way, and have told me that they don't frequent this web forum as much or not at all because of the BIG BROTHER attitude in here.
censorship has a purpose, but it is an imperfect science because it is controlled by people, and we are imperfect.
I just think that we have to choose better moderators in here. I know it's not our decision, but the decision making in this process is lacking, and it is showing, just look at the inflow of posts that have gone down. Thats the proof.
This place is becoming less and less fun.
Hopefully someone does something about it.

I’m human, I make mistakes and I have my own opinion, but I was also expecting that if I (or anyone in the Mod team) made a mistake or act against someone else’s opinion you should not start to suggest that “Isratrance is doomed” (instead send me a PM). It is just a divergence in opinions, and has nothing to do with the spirit of the site. It is ok to come here and say you disagree with something, to point our mistakes, etc, but suggesting it is happening on purpose or that it is the beginning of the end is not realistic IMHO, particularly because such divergences will never stop happening.
Some people seem to forget we are on the same side, we are here because we share something in common, there are no reason for any of us, like me (who a couple of years ago had no administrative powers), to try to exert any kind of suppression to anyone’s ideas, opinions or free will.
I know people will always complain, and many times you got valid points, but keep in mind we’re on the same side.
IMO the forum is not very active now, you can feel it on the reviews section, few new reviews, the usual good reviewers are posting less and less because the whole scene is a big disappointment, too many shit is being released and also all that Dark Psy fever which heat up the forum is passing too...
We are working hard to present you with new concepts, you will have some surprises soon.

full on, i wasnt saying that this forum is doomed. I am very active here, some silly posts, some off topic posts, some imo logical related posts, helpful posts, reviews of all sorts, posts of all sorts.
I normally don't complain, and i think anyone that knows me knows that to be the case. I thought it was important to have to post this publicly, as you know full on and the other moderators know as well, i just about alwayz make posts of this nature in pm. But i felt compelled to post it publicly because i thought it was an important point to bring up. I have a few friends of mine, that use to be a very nice part of isratrance, with colorful and humorous comments and also with some serious posts, that have now abandoned isratrance and are currently on other psy forums. Yes, maybe there are a lot of people that have left because of the dark craze, i am not totally agreeing with that, but i do think that you may be partially correct with it, but many people have left because in their opinions what they have told me is that the people running it in their words are a bunch of "wankers" .
I don't totally feel the same way or share that same view, but i do think it is a partial reflection of what is going on.
I am not the type of person who thinks usually in order to solve a problem you have to come up with one magical solution. That is normally the case in la la land or in the movies, in real life, it usually takes many solutions to solve a problem. And i think that using our judgement in the moderators case, to decide what gets posted or not has to be exercised with more tactic. You should use your judgement a lil better imo, if something is slightly off topic but it is humorous, and obviously people find it amusing, then maybe it would not be a good idea to delete that post.
Maybe i shouldnt of said that we need to choose better moderators, and i feel a lil bad about saying it. But it has been said all ready and i can't take that back. But maybe you can take my words with a grain of salt, and maybe you guyz will take that into consideration before you edit, censor and delete future posts.
All i am saying is dont just delete everything that is slightly off topic. Let's keep the forum fun, not just serious. Keeping it serious is something that i know you guyz are conscience of, but keeping the humour i believe is equally important. After all, humour brings smiles, and smiling is a good thing.

You all have some reason, I personally think we need to re-think and redesign moderation here. But it is not easy to get away from well stablished formulas, ask many people around about this... 
We're working hard, few people noticed we redesigned the whole forum from scratch, profiles are very different now and more changes will come with time.
We want our forum to fit our users' needs, and it will.
