Brother, I admire your passion. But don't get so bent out of shape over something thats been dead and gone for 3 years.

Also,I'm quite certain it was me that got you into IM... not some silly online radio station

anyways...
I'm only going to critique one track... I've wasted enough time on this thread, let alone the reply....

The beginning of artillery is decent and was almost cool for me to listen to the first time... but the track takes a dive-bomb in a hurry... and quite frankly it makes me uncomfortable to listen to here on out.

One of the rappers on the track is Mad Child from Swollen Members and he fawking sucks bawls @ rapping... and yet he is on the track... which is shameful and terrible and shows where some of Infected's style has gone... to the shitcan! ... even more so than their lyrics.

I thought Cocco's grading scale was much more accurate than DayDay's err Hazzy's.

Infected Muskrats stopped making music for the F-A-M-I-L-Y in 2003 after BPeMpire was released.... they started gearing their music and performances to a broader spectrum of people (and by that I mean, casual fans and ravers, e.g. lesser mortals) ... but what they produce today is still trance... just not all of it... And for god sakes, Duvdev, YOU CANNOT SING... you're so far out of tune sometimes (on-stage) it's frightening... and your grammar is terrible and makes no sense... Please kill it already.

Don't get me wrong though, I listened to IM passionately for years... like a prepubescent teenie bopper crazed over Britney Spears... I really did love em and they're all that I listened to at the time. I can faithfully say if it was not for those two cats I wouldnt be anywhere near the Psy Scene and the wonderful, brilliant, sexy, spastic, crazy, freaky, motherfucks that are in scene today... and for that... I thank you A and E.

and,

Thank you META for telling me that IM sucks... I was once lost... but now I'm found... sorta.

One last note,
I was mildly excited to hear VD (haha Venereal Disease) for the first time and there were multiple times that I did receive chills up my spine and euphoric body/mind highs listening to this album for the first time... Infected still has their magic and their incredible ability to make music... but it just aint the same and I wouldnt expect it to be anytime in the future... but ya never know what these guys will try and do.

Sine Cera,

psh.. "dead".. EVOLVE psy-tard! All these "open minded" psy heads need to clean the tar out of their ears and get over their single-genre tastes.

Sure it's not the greatest album in the world, sure a few of the songs I'll skip over when listening to the album, but hell I can still and will dance to infected. /shrug

Personal taste I guess.

But then again, I'm not a "purest" "family" psytrancer who has "x" many parties carved into my skin and a bunch of namaste shirts. Damn.. guess I need to be enlightened so I too can whine about all music but strictly psy.

What are you talking about? You're the King AND Queen (lol Geminii) of whiners of about virtually everything... and don't worry you'll be going to a lot more parties with me this summer... that is if you shape up and pull your head out of ur arsch.

And I don't have any Namaste t-shirts... but I do have a sticker on my laptop

P.S. Your personal taste can kiss my ass along with everyone elses... Go ahead... go dance to Infected... no one is stopping you man.

Bullshit. Personally i can equally enjoy Wu Tang's Enter The Wu followed by Squarepusher and then some Tom Jones. This album sucks cause it has no soul and it has nothing with Namaste t-shirts. It's a technical achievement and a musical failure.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

Amen to that.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

great way to sum it up. to me the people that are saying things about not being opening minded i imagine don't listen to much other styles of music. Its just sad to see 2 guys with so much talent make such utter garbage. They really should try to make something in a specific genre because they obviously suck when it comes to trying to combine things.

If 'eat it raw' and 'change the formality' are not psy-trance tracks then really dunno what music i've been
listening for so many (12) years ... MASTERPIECES

Rate 8/10 (only 8 coz really don't like artillery and
heavyweight)

Mmh... Too much between experimental, dance, ethno but not really the style I loved so much.
Good luck for the future, but since Converting Vegetarians it was clear that IM goes another way, far away from trance.

I'm waiting for the new Astrix release and the upcoming release from Astral Projection This guys are awesome!

That's some dumb shit coming from a dude with over 5000 posts on an electronic music forum. If you do in fact listen to a wide variety of music then you should be well aware of different "tastes". When you try to act as though you're a well rounded music-listener and then say things like this, you contradict yourself.

I'll admit, at first glance it seemed like a clever comment, but then I thought you're just a retard.

according to my 'taste' if i were to give 10/10 to B.P.Empire then i wud give this album 0/10

still all respect to IM i still luv em' more then ne psy-trance project but this is jus too sour for 'my' taste.           the problem with valuing art is, till u dont understand it, it's worthless but wen u do understand it, it's priceless!!

Not sure how an album can be called a musical failure.

The only way something can be a musical failure is if (from the artist's viewpoint) you fail to achieve what you intended. If you as a listener don't like it, it's not a failure. It's just music you don't like. I can't stand opera but i wouldn't say every piece of opera music made was a musical failure. I just think it's shit.

Personally, some of this wasn't to my taste but i liked the last track and i thought a few of the others were ok.

Also, and to give IM credit, i have to say that the production on the album is second to none! I haven't a fucking clue what that means but i read it in a review and it makes me sound intelligent so i have to say it.
