ppl keep calling themselves and others ravers
wat exactly is a raver or a true raver as they say
a person hu goes 4 allot of psy pardies????(outdoor , indoor)
a person hu dooes hash n chemicals ????
a person hu listens 2 trance or lux like a
junky but doesnt go 4 psy pardies much ????
these r not my suggestions but xplanations of a raver wich have bin heard around often
would like every1`s xplanations or opinions as 2 wat xactly a raver is

In our country a raver is a person that listens to house music or drum and bass. We call ourselves trancies here!! 
Its wierd to see what people call each other in other countries. If someone called me a raver I would want to hurt them to even suggest that I listen to house music (YUUGGGG!!!!)

what is a raver pr deffinition by a book:
1) To speak wildly, irrationally, or incoherently.
2) To roar; rage: The storm raved along the coast.
3) To speak or write with wild enthusiasm: Critics raved about the new play.
4) To attend a rave.
Luckely.. The rave scene kinda died with 'The Prodigy - Experience' .... Thank you Prodigy. 
And a raver and a psytrancer are 2 different kind of persons anyway.  Dont label people.

i don't agree with you guys... at least here in portugal, a raver is someone who used to go to rave partys back in the early 90's, techno and acid house partys! now, as the raves were replaced by clubs, and the rave spirit replaced by the f*ck*g stupid fashion clubbing mentality, the word raver does not make sence any more, at least in portugal!!!

Thats why i said that 'Prodigy' killed the rave scene with 'Charlie' (the 'experience' album)
Ravers are a 90's phenomenon... But you can still find them ..
