Impulse tracker brought us all of the Nitzohonot music. Later it brought us Infected Mushroom.

It was AtariST with Pro24 , later Cubase came into
the business, and Emagic Notator (today-Logic).
Everything was MIDI only ,and at that time music
making was a hard work , not like today , it's much
easier now to make track with fruity and 10gb of
samples . All u need is basic knowledge in music
and computers .
U don't need to work so hard on every sound ,
only if u want to make something new and different
