How come the scene in Goa is so conservative?

Goa was all full-on in '95? I guess it's kinda funny hearing this. Weird, but funny. Goa is about recycling the 2002 sound, just like most other places. Azax Syndrome and Psychotic Micro alongside Psyside and Astrix instead of GOW, Parasense and GMS, but it's only the names that are different.

Goa was the cutting edge up to 97-98, up to then, quoting quite a few people here - you weren't considered a proper DJ before playing there.           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222
