I fucking love hitech so gd much it is the beast of any kind of music. After Hitech came, for me all other kinds of psytrance seem boring (dark/forest is still good).
I don't understand how anyone doesn't like hitech. If you don't like hitech I feel sorry for you and for your mother for making such an awful person. Magybe you should fix your life.

I used to think hitech was good but then I started listening to real music again and realized hitech is shite. Give me
Some good forest, nu Goa or even some Bedrock Records etc. over it any day.

For me the more faster it gets the more funnier it becomes. Funnier in a nay nay nay sense. I don't hate for me some darktrance pieces are enjoyable and in a multifaceted mix (that Dj once upon a time used really to play) a mix also of tempos is a more versatile journey than a mix on a constant tempo for houres.
Still the most darktrance sound like kids that wanna be hard while manifesting their desires with the most ugly noises that nobody really needs.
Anything above 200 is more for kindergarten and should only be played at parties for people under 30(years). That would be fair atleast.
It makes you tired after minuuuutes. All this bullshit tricky fucky breaks break your joy and any chance to get in trance. It's not for enjoying itS for impressing rather but not for flying and forgeting everything around you.

Some hitech ive heard live kashyyyk, Highko and crazy astronaut sets were very unique experiences with some ninja dance moves at festivals with a real good race of thoughts.
Hi tech can really take you on flying ride when lucid but somehow sounds a bit too fast otherwise, night music/forest adapts and does well in both scenario's kind of like jack of all trades.
Both have their time and place i guess .... hi tech although is now evolving, some artists are coming up with real unique sound style its just not about the bpm, kashyyyk comes to mind.

Hightech would sound so much better if it would replace its brake pads, the metal on metal sound of 20 cars is really annoying... and put some bass back in it while your fixing your brakes... |

The bass is super weak in most of this stuff for sure. Crazy Astronaut kinda got it back. But if drum n bass can have awesome bass at 160-180 surely they could do the same? Especially with all the glitch n break downs.
