I Remember this expression from a track ,and i quite like it .
What i wanted to ask is do u think we are able to make a new revolution,i mean the flower children had their own but just couldnt handle the Acid -or how big the whole thing got -I believe /.
thing is that I find many similarities between my generation and theirs,so I was wondering what if we are the ones who will carry out this assignment-reliving the '60s in the 21st century, having all the positives but none of the negatives of back then..
what say u ?
i probably stand a long way from reality but hey..Im adreamer, but im not the only one man!

Would be nice, the psychedelic movement nowadays is certainly more mature than it was back in the 60s, were it was just crazyness (can't blame em... legal lsd in huge quantities, totally new prospects, everybody doing it... ) , but I doubt anything of the ampleur of the 60s will arise, not anytime soon anyways, and especially not the way things are going haha.           Row row row your boats gently down the stream; merrily merrily merrily merrily life is but a dream.

I definately feel very connected to some people and definatley disconnected from other people if you know what i mean...the deeper i go the more disconnected i am becoming from the material world and the material people...Trance is what connects me to people it's possible to make a tribe but right now it's impossible to connect so many different states of mind! There has to be a music that unites everyone and this is very hard to achieve...hope we manage one day to be all on the same frequency...

i don't know mate
isn't it all new everyday?
if only we stopped imagining things the way we think they are supposed to be based on previous experience and really looked around, we would see that it is all completely new all the time. even us.           Load Universe into Cannon. Aim at Brain. Fire.

I dunno if there are so many similarities between our generation and hippy generation. Its still a relatively small minority that represents so called modern hippies, might be that this kind of ideology is on the rise, but still in my opinion our generation is far too diversified to generate something like hippies had. Still, if something like that is going to happen you can count me in... probably all the elements do exist plus much more information than in the sixties, but the spark is missing. Far too many people just live their lives on government guided path without using their own brain.

first of all acid has very little to do with today's psytrance. if the revolution would've happened it would've happened in the early to middle 90's when plur was "it" in the starting goa scene and also in every other electronic dance music genre. but the wave crumbled from the inside before it even got to it's peak. goodbye plur, hello brainless partying.

having all the positives without the negatives? i think you have some serious thinking work to do about the terms good, bad, point of view ,time and how they inter act with eachother. .

and yes, the biggest problem of our generation is the dreaming desease. everybody dreams, nobody acts. our "brave" new hiber-nation.

ther you have it from a frying whino

Let me explain what i mean by "all the pos none of the neg"
i believe that todays generation is in many ways more advanced than its predecessors dont u agree? We are able to think the unthinkable and conceive the unconceivable!
The 60s movement might have not lasted but i dont believe its lost (energy is never lost ,is it? )-quite the contrary ,i believe that each day that passes brings us closer to revitalising that energy and finally waking it up!I mean the world does belong to us and when we realise that there will be no more fights to be fought.only thing we have to work on is unity.i reckon we'll do allright !
Last but certainly not least,we r the generation that is the least affected bY traditions and fundamental values ,we r the ones who will NOT be following "values" blindly like sheep,we wil create our own values-and i think most of us have, havent we?

Amen brother, we are close, incredibly close, the transcendental object will reveal itself before long.

You can FEEL it!

The psychedelic community should gather its strength and coordinate there efforts, after the death of Terence (2000), we have been seeking another Psy-mind who could articulate our beliefs, in quite the same manner.

sorry.. but, my beliefs in the psy trance movement is shit. If I would want something political or any kind of revolution I wouldn´t even think about psy trance people who in my view is very egocentric and haven´t broden their minds a tiny bit...
but, that isn´t concerning everybody, but most people just wanna dance, take drugs and have fun, if I start talking about anything serious they have nothing to come with
