your post might had a point, if not for the small fact that unlike you, beautiful stranger, I never had problems with Arsim or any kind of population (except for maybe the nose-up-in-the-air type, that is...), even when I lived and performed in Israel. Getting your car broken in can happen anywhere - it doesn't mean that all the population in a certain party is criminal, now does it?

Well maybe u were lucky but more then once as a DJ I had serious thoughts about what part of my body gonna be missing while playing in certain events during the years.

Not as a DJ, there are too many of those folks u like so much, that even to look them in the eye can finish up with a knife between your scapulae, I am not talking about looking at their girlfriend or something.

Quote:

My bone is with the almost automatic bashing of the looks of the attendees of more 'commercial' parties, as if they have no right to be part of the 'enlightened' trance circle. This is the point of my comments, not whether one likes this or that type of crowd.

again, I dont see this kind of behaviour from the people you call 'ugly' (and treat as lower than you). Their attitude is a bit more respectful and PLURish towards your type of parties. give respect back.

Now this is a bunch of horse shit u laid down here sorry for my bad language. The reason that those ppl dont call me UGLY in the forum is because they are not here. But I bet my ass there are a few dirty hippie ppl out there that met gangs of those good ppl out on the street in the evening and suddenly out of the blue were donating organs not very willfully. I am not a bit exaggerating here btw.

As well said in a song:

Summertime, and the living is easy
Fish are jumpin' and the cotton is high...

I strongly disagree with the claim that most of the 'heavy arsim' (your term) are there to disturb. This is nonsense - you really think that 70% of the 'not-beautiful' crowd (again, not my definition) are there with pure intentions of causing trouble? sounds a bit paranoid to me.
Hiting on the 5% girls attending? why, are these 5% females the sole property of the 'beautiful crowd'?
Drugs - again, nonsense. Just read many of the reactions here to Suomisoundi style parties - there the sole purpose of attending the party is to get as fucked as possible. you can't get more abusive with drugs than that.

I had the pleasure of participating in the last Boombamela festival, and although the crowd there was almost similar to the Raveolution crowd (young, fancy, "Arsi"..), the behaviour of the people was simply a joy - people cheering, having fun, and respecting the announcment that the trance part is over and another style (rock) is about to start (whereas you'd expect someone to stab the new DJ...).

I simply don't like these cynical remarks that reek of self importance (check the debate betwee Yuli and Zombi). These people deserve your respect as much as you'd wish them to respect you and your music (or looks, for that matter).

Nadi, I agree with you about this sentence but how the hell you can conclude from this pics about ppl behaviour ?!

Not lucky, old chum - simply nice and kind, and understanding that others like to express their feelings in a way that might not be as I would, because of different backgrounds and all.

and Yuli, maybe your friend should check the way they treat other people, maybe when they are respectful and tactful they wont need to be afraid of anyone.

And care to mind your language also with me (horse shit and all). I know you are close with the moderating party here, so your offensive comment wont be erased (like mine), but still - I'm a 'yefe nefesh' from Finland, so be gentle.

(I maybe not a classic ars, but I guess I can always call on old stage friends...)

Helen your true side is coming out slowly slowly
Maybe unlike other 'Heavy Arsim' (not my term) your english is good and pronouncing flows for you as a natural thing but give me a break with the "save the minority world tour" ( these people might be minority here on the forum but not out in the real world )
this is how things look in Israel and it ain't pretty.

We all hope for a better & peaceful future... till then...lets try and chill a bit hey.

not one friend but more than one person. I consider myself actually a nice person, and maybe I am dirty and unwashed and stinky but all my friends are nice ppl. And that includess those that had bad experiences.

Comon don't be a child not only it is a form of speech, but I also apologized for my expression immediately after I said it knowing u gonna start your propaganda - and I will quote:

And I really have a thing or two to tell u Tal Auspexx - if u read this thread carefully u will note that I didnt call anyone ugly and neither I laughed at any ppl. What I said tho that I seriously dislike those parties and the general vibe from that specific kind of crowd. That is my right and in no way makes me racist or whatever u have meant in your posts.

Out of both of us YOU are the one that I feel is a little nosey, since u dictate to me WHAT I AM, WHO ARE MY FRIENDS and HOW I SMELL LIKE, living 3000 kilometres from here.

Last one:

I love the crowd that loves me, they are cheerful joyful crowd with open mind to fresh new sound and if I play a 135 bpm tune there is no chance in the world I will get stabbed. Also 50% of this crowd are females. That is what I like, this is my right.

You can stick to what u like. I never had intention to disturb u and I hope u will play the Bombamela forever after if u like it so much.

Again this thread has become a personal argument between us for some reason. Doesn't matter, since it seems we both enjoy it too much to stop (or just too childish to have the last word).

If you think I'm nosey, or that I dictate to you what you are (I don't know), who your friends are (many of them are also mine) and how you smell like (no thank you) - that's your problem. If you followed your own advice and actaully read my posts, you would have noticed that I don't refer to you in person, nor to any 'unwashed hippies' in particular.
These title were given as contrary examples - metaphors for a reversed situation. You, however, chose to be petite about it and dive personally. fine.

And the fact that I live now in a different land doesn't make my arguments less important - that people here tend to bash and diss others who look a bit differently than themselves and degrade them.

I also had the chance to play in parties with crowd that didn't like danish progressive stuff (and appeard 'dangerous' as you describe), yet I emerged unscathe from these encounters. On the contrary - it was when I was playing Full-on to a 'beautiful' GOA crowd in Finland that I got the biggest slap in my face (one of the main reasons why I left the trance scene completely).           auspexx@compact-records.com

you hardly even know me how do u know who my friends are?

Your metaphores and contrary examples are not new and are sent to very exact crowd that I feel I belong to myself. Personally I couldnt care less since I know what I am and have enough morals and etiquette of behaviour before others in Business and Pleasure as one. So are my friends.

So again I bid u to enjoy boombamela and it's crowd it seems u live in great symbiosis with those ppl.

Everyone chooses what is best for them. I made my choice, you made yours - I guess we gonna have a beautiful summer

maybe that's the reason why BLT project never took wings - your choice on target crowd. when you put so many limitation on who you want your music to speak to, don't come crying that you had to stop producing as BLT because you didn't get the recognition you so desired.

And your morals and Etiquette sux ass if you think you are better than others just because of the way they look like.

Tal Auspexx one of the reasons BLT project didnt took off is because of ppl like you that had a bite of it but didnt even have decensy to write a credit.

The second part - yeah I write music that to appreciate it u have to listen to it well. And I am happy I have those ppl that do it, and I enjoy them and they enjoy me ( I hope )

and again u make a racist out of me, not nice Tal - I begin to understand why u got slapped in your face, I would do the same if u were near.

Oh by the way I am WELL, and play music I LIKE to play, make at home music I LIKE to make, and not only TALK TALK TALK on the net but actually make some too.

ooohh. shiver me timbers... what next? stab me because of my opinions (or the music I choose to play)?

And it was not I who called you a racist - it was your own comments that mark you as an one (or more like it - an Elitist).
