do we think this proclaim against raves is based on some new narcotic laws or something ?? as far as i know raves have always been banned , i mean its illegal anyway. still goa is a place where all ravers head to.
cops can screw the scene , of course. But then , raves in goa in this season fetches organizers lots of money and money is in damm sync with cops  . moreover such threats from the local government hardly persist , history speaks that.
lets hope that rave scene remains unaltered and that we do it yet another time in goa .

naww..this is the scenario almost every year.....

Congress party is party people's party, so hopefully there would be no issues...however the surest time to catch parties is 25-1 jan...the three-day hilltop and maybe 1 or 2 after that (Russian christmas on 7th)...after this, its all speculation...agreed there is lot of chow mow ard this time but guess better to behave like a good tourist than end up with a bad trip
