2 things

1) plastikman consumed is a great album
2) fsol are the best music since cats were invented and throughout history itself. they are one of few groups that are able to paint with sound, they create a world with landscapes, stories and happennigs and take you to its wierdest places.
3) i dont know if fsol are no more, what i do know is that they release a new album in the next month which is called "Isness" you can preordr it from amazon.
go to www.amazon.com and search for "the future sound of london" to see it
4)to my ears fsol and shpongle are not similar at all           http://www.shulman.info

Wow, great website. Thanks, Leon. I gotta hear their music!
I was looking for a discography, but somehow I got distracted or something. I found myself floating through some kinda multicolored, pulsating votex into this strange room where the people spoke some kinda strange language that I didn't recognize but understood perfectly. Now I can't remember what they said, though....
Next thing I knew I was looking up from the floor. I'm still a little confused - but great website!

Where can I find that track called Papau New Guinea? I love "oh my god" beautiful music....

PNG was recently remixed by Satoshee Tomie and you can find a double 12" of this with the original and the remixes. otherwise I understood that the album it's on is out of print.
BTW the track is named after the only place in the world where Eckies were still legal when they wrote the tune.           Kinetic Honda GmbH, Worldwide Supliers of Quality noise.

Got 3 of FSOL CDs - Cascade, Lifeforms and Dead Cities.
Cascade is my favorite, but all 3 are great.
I bought them back in the time when I knew sh*t about electronic music, and for me they are memories of when it all began

Please REMOVE my cellphone number from any SMS spam list you may have. Thanks.

I think that Dead Cities was far more complicated, intence and interesting than all their previous stuff. But that's just my opinion.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me
