it's time to bump this again! For the fans of Jatun out there, I highly recommend their new project Eleventhfloorrecords on n5MD records. All tracks are great in this album.
btw bodhisattva the dreissk and erode albums are really good, thx for the recommendations

One of my fav producer from this kind of sound is Ulrich Schnauss
Also check these:

Ulrich Schnauss is probably one of the most famous artists in the turf of Ambient / Electronica / Shoegaze. I like some of his stuff.

Here's another one from it which I really like:
Murcof has some great stuff, but I don't think his style really fit into this thread
Same goes for Apparat, he makes wonderful music, but it doesn't really fit into this thread in my opinion. Anyway, he's latest album is beautiful ! One of the best albums in 2011.
God is an astronaut and Mogwai are two very known bands in the world of Post-rock. Good stuff indeed. Another very known band that I like is Explosions in The Sky:
And of course, Telefon Tel Aviv, most of their stuff doesn't really fit here as well, but I guess 'Immolate Yourself' can fit here in a way.
