I wasnt there and i dont know how brutal was the police and whether they asked kindly or rude or didnt asked at all the people to move out of the road so that they could do their job.

All i know though and what i also saw from the pictures a forum member uploaded here is some people blocking the road (and not just sitting on one side of it like someone mentioned) by sitting in the middle of the road and not allowing the transportation of the police trucks or at least making their job and movement difficult.

So in any case we got the people doing something illegal in the first place (not to mention about the whole festival thing that was not only illegal but insulting to the local authorities) and the police reacting to it with their own way under circumstances that only the people that where there know exactly.

In any case some blame goes to the police and some to the people sitting in the middle of the street.

By my own experience of being in football stadiums, music festivals, political gatherings, union strikes and even parties that got busted by big police forces and where trouble occured i can admit in public that very rarely someone got hit by the police without looking for trouble,i mean i doubt the police hit other people around the festival area apart those that made their life difficult.

And to finish with this post i can remember my self in Madrid two years ago and in Compostela three years ago for some football matches of my team where me and other fans were escorted by the Spanish police (which was indeed very strict and difficult to deal with) but even though some of us were provocative noone was hit or hurted except some people that just didnt follow their orders.

So when a police officer clearly wants to cross the road and you sit in front of it blocking it then you are clearly looking for trouble and i honestly doubt that the police didnt at least said to move your ass out of the road before hitting you.

I am preety sure an officer asked kindly or not so kindly to move out of the road but his order was disregarded and thats why the fights broke up.

Spanish police like the Italian Carabinieri are not very easy going and you shouldnt expect them to open a conversation with you especially when you are a foreigner in their land involved in an illegal activity. They will say something once or at least show you their intentions and either you follow their orders or you got trouble.

In our case some people got trouble so part of the blame in my humble opinion falls to them also.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

I´m completely amazed...by this post. Of course the situation of the police, yes it was more than horrid. But the attitude i saw in this forum. Oh god, we´re loosing the point completely. First accepting the police reaction as a normal police behaviour. Yes they are police, but they should fucking work for us. We are trying to change this world, and this is one of the things we should fight for

Who's we precisely? A bunch of idiots trying to stop Spanish Police? They were doing their job and no matter how bad you make them out to be, they were doing their job. A bunch of stupid freaks sitting on the road will not stop the Spanish Police, it never has done and it never will. Learn a lesson from this. It is a socialist country, and that in itself tells you, don't f**k with the police . Sitting in front of them is something NO Spanish person would do, so who the f**k are these dirty hippies who think 50 people can change the laws?

So if i cannot celebrate without a government permmission, and the law is structured so is hardly impossible to get that permission, that means i cannot celebrate. FUCK OFF!!! I´m not accepting that at all. I want to celebrate ´couse is my right. I´m going to try until the very end my friends. Otherwise i rather quite this silly slavery life

NO, you cannot celebrate on Nationa Trust ground where the Mayoress says NO. What part of NO do you not understand?

i don´t feel sorry for those who had paid travels, blablabla...is part of the game, shame, but it is like that

It's not like that at all. Why should people pay air fair and other travel expenses to go somewhere advertised as a sorted festival to be turned away and then have people like you tell them it's part of a game?

Well?

And where is Christoffe? Having left many punters and gone to party elsewhere? No word whatsoever from the org!

Many People were stranded near Caspe and the Org took off to another location leaving over 1000 people thinking wtf!!!

Best post ...ever !

Like you said, you weren't there, so maybe you should not talk about something that you actually have no clue about...

Yes on the pic you see people standing, because they where fucking getting hit by the police and had to run away...

AND NO !!! we where not sitting in the middle of the road, but on one side of it, here i made a little display for you...

And as you can clearly see on this video:

We where sitting and had in no way agressed them and they hit us without any type of warning...

remy, it's a forum and all can take a part of it... and detox well-explained that he wasn't there... on the video we see that police doesn't run and charge ...You was foreigner and the party was illegal... so? You would have to make the sitting IN the party against the organizers to have explanations. (i don't say that violence is good !) you are not at home everywhere ...

Of course we all take part of it... Honestly i would have prefered that the police had run, at least we could have seen that they where actually going to hit us. What they did was worse, walking up calmly to someone then hitting him in the head while he is sitting, you have to be sick to do something like that even if someone gave you the order to do it.

And I don't say that what we did by sitting on the road was not wrong, it was wrong, but at the time that we did it, we thought the festival was legal because christophe had told us that and that he was going to get the papers...

Anyway im tierd of this shit, so ill just let it go...

hi freaks from the world```What some bullshits i can read here WTF

I understand u're fuckin angry, disappointed but it's amazing to read explanations from ppl who are NOT the organisers...ANd it's easy to come and say so much bullshits...
What do u think ? That we''re happy ? Havin worked like dogs in 45° in the sun, to see the bulldozers destroy EVERYTHING ?
And what u think ? That the orga feels very happy and proud of all this ? Everything was done: deco (20 teepees and bamboos domes with lycra), 30 WC, 30 showers, main stage, progressive stage AND chill out ... and we could do NOTHING against ...so powerless ....
Of course they have their responsabilities cammon !!! But it's very easy to spit on them now...
Anyway.... we're ALL disappointed and angry because we expected it so much...
but let's pray that we can all gather next year with a better karma and better consciousness that we dont live in some peaceful world

DONT GIVE UP THE FIGHT

The spanish police are violent, they often hit people when they dont do as they say or when things are as they not want to. Guardia Civil are among the worst type of polices in that part of the country, so i´m not surprised the way they worked, seen it before. I feel sad for the people who got injured, but just to sit like that so the polices cant get forward, its inclined to get beaten. I must give creds to u people who tried to stop them, I would never dare to do it.

Indeed, trying to stop the Guardia Civil is not the wisest thing to do.

all my faith and trust in that world `

BUT
it's very easy to report the whole fault on chris... i think orga is responsible, this is for sure but u don't think the system has a fuckin problem ???
Why they did nt stop it before ? They were comin and lookin at us work like crazy in the sun... Guardia civil could have stopped it a long long time ago
they're fuckers that's all...

The guardia civil follows orders from the mayoress, they don't act in they behalf.
Christophe was warned 1 month ago about this...his choice was to keep on setting up regardless of the negative answer from the mayor council.
The system???
This is not against the system...the system holds no guilt in your disgrace, you shouldn't claim anything to the system because the system was well installed before freaky dragons, me or you even existed.

I am so fuxxxxing glad I didn't go even if I was on the lineup...the vibe I had from the organizers was enough bad to make me decide to miss it and go holiday to Ozora...
anyway the Freaky organizers are well known to not pay even travel expenses to the artists...and they play the hardcore game thinking that there are no rules...
the 2 extremes of the same coin...antiworld and freaky dragon...maybe they will stop to (dis)organize festivals after this summer.
really sorry for those ones who went there thinking they could have a real underground party...but hey boys and girls...wake up and smell the scum...if you want to FIGHT THE POWER do it for some good reason (plenty of them in society) and not to defend a bad organized party and an idiot organizer who can't do even paper works...tha's not hardcore, just stupid.
