I want to tell you a sad story about a beautiful country which has beautiful music, beautiful people, excellent vibes but very very very bad cops and stupid rules.
We were making a small private birhtday party, not too much ppl but nice sound system for a small party  in a nice location that combines desert with forest (good for mixing music styles). 5 minutes before I was supposed to start my "sunrise to drop out" set lots of cops showed up from nowhere and wanted to close the party.The thing is that they didn't say "guys... you have 5 minutes to get out of here" as they usually do.The officer came to my CDJ and said "Ok... get out of here, I'm taking the equipment" !!! When I asked him why he said that's he needs a new stereo at home  . I was really pissed and hardly kept myself from reacting physically.I tried to talk some sense into him but it only got me arrested  . I'm sitting at home right now thanks God. But my equipment and music is still at the police station.I hope to get it back tomorrow.
It just doesn't seem right to me that someone who comes to give ppl good energies, to make them happy should suffer from moronic rules and stupid cops.

indeed sad to hear...
we had these things too, few years back... and gave us preaty damn expansive fines.
its hard to believe thats cops still take cdj`s and cd cases...
but u gotta remember that its legal, and what we r doing is not.
so u gotta take these things in mind, as sad as it sounds.

but its not just in your place where this kind of Sh*t Happens
here in brazil there are some stuff like that going on also
europe as well
in usa "outdoor raves" are forbiden in some states
the problem is that cops think raves and drugs are one thing
so only thing we can do is speak to local pigs when this happens
if they come with firearms in hands,well best thing is to just leave
cause a cdj isnt worth gettiong a bullet in u

Yes you are right.
But I hope that it won't be that bad.
Anyway I got my stuff back  it took me only 2 hours of madness to do that.
Hope it ends there and they won't pass it to court.

Maybe it's time for another "Give a chance to Trance" demonstration in Tel Aviv? 50,000 people raving in front of the cops.Not only Tel Aviv... Every place that has this problem.USA needs one badly as I know .The situation all over the world is really unbearable.Trance is Music.Music is Art. Art shouldn't be considered as something bad for God's sake!!!
Commercial parties always have permits... but what about the really nice "Bolenat" parties ???Will they always be raided?Why the good party organizers have to raise the ticket prices just to help their friends who should pay expensive fines or even worse to be in jail because of fucked up rules???

hmm, what the hell is happening ...
I got really pissed off last weekend.
I dont tend to go to parties a lot lately, so when I do go , it's a nice ritual to me.
last weekend there was that party with psycho micro, winter demon , sesto sento etc ..so I thought I'd go to that one . and when I was about to leave to the party there was that msg the party is closed by cops ..
so I thought I'd go to the other party psycho micro is playing after kiryat shmona, but then I was too pissed off from the previous one so I didnt go eventually and heard in the morning that that party was ALSO closed, this is insane!
I think someone is madlif...cause then, how come the police knows about all thje parties ?!

this is what happens when every 3rd guy in israel holds a mailing list/phone list.
we gotta face it, trance got mainstream in israel, and im sure in other places too.
and with this... the money issue is a big factor.
parties are no longer underground...
a simple question, u visited any hat party lately?
im preaty positive that the answer is no... and even never for the younger guys here.
orgenizers want nowdays as many ppl in their parties from one hand, but want it to be "underground" from the other hand... its not working like that.
but... u can look on the other side, the better one.
i dont think there is snother country in the world that during the summer u`ll find more then 6-7 parties each weekend.

hat parties are parties that at the entrance there is a man with a hat in his hand and every one that comes to the party put some money in the hat, u can put how much u want in the hat (u can put 10 shekels and u can put 100 shekels, its depends on u)
its been a long time since i heard about a hat party in israel, it became kinda rare thing this days |

There was one last year
Yuli's hat party - it was amazing!
But Yuli lost money there, eventhough there was a great crowd who gave lots of money.

there was one on Independence day, here in sdot yam... with avi nini and Asherun. they covered all expenses and got some xtra cahs left.
i guess most party organizers forgot the most important thing, parting is all about fun... too business andmoney talk around.
but thats a little off topic
