@ Agent0 - Yeah, I had a listen to all of 4 albums & also have them all in my collection, but I'd still say Rinkadink. Although I agree with you, Artifakt is a master in his art & has a very distinctive style. The more I listen to his latest tracks (latest Mushroom Mafia & Timecode releases), the more I like his different style.

you should have heard the Artifakt's set at the Infected Mushroom party last year....

It was something else...

Sounded like a mad scientist scribbling forumulae on a wall .....

Intense sounds, music, and production!

RESPECT!           Mind my mind.

I wish I could've been @ that party last year as I'm sure he played an impressive set

The organiser of Teknotribe actually mentioned to me the other day they would like to bring out Artifakt to one of their future parties - maybe later this year...

I hope this materialises as it would be sooo cool since I missed Artifakt's set @ the Mushroom Mafia party last year.

for me it's gotta be artifakts...the fella is a genius!!

his set at the infected bash last year was indeed a masterpiece...also caught him at the groovy troopers bash in feb and his set there was also something to behold...he started with an oldie by another artist and then somehow weaved it into one of his own...crazy stuff!!!!

okay... so i went back to protoculture and shift and had a good listen and a good think, and i reckon I'm still sticking with the artifakt album for now, though i withdraw my earlier comment that i found the protoculture disappointing - it's great!

I am not too fond of the protoculture and rinkadink sound, both albums were quite well produced and had great sounds, but I am not really into the morning sound. I personally really really dug the Shift and Artifakt albums. I am a big Shift fan in general and where I wouldn't play every single track on the album, It still goes with me everywhere. The Artifakt album was really good. I dug it, but not as much as the Shift album.           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.
