Guys,
what, in your opinion, makes a track one of your favourite ones?
I mean - it depends on what? what are you hearing in this favourite track of yours? I'm askin to know how you ppl feel about the musical creation behind the track or the feelings it's giving you...

I look in the track the groov, i mean if the beat(ketsev) is groovy i like it more than other. |

If i cant stop thinkin' about the track in my head, means i like it and i listen to it every second. also there's some tracks that makes me feel something (cant really explain) but usually its the old goa tracks. |

Definetly the rhythm, the groove, the feeling of your body coming back after digging the dust for few hours or your legs starting to move up and heading you from the chillout zone to the dance floor... Cheers |

Well I'd like to share my feelings:
Mostly when I get goose pumps after I'm hearing a certain part of the track and I almost want to fucking cry, and I can't stop looping the same point over and over again until I burst into tears, that's a favourite track for sure :)
Although, I wonder why for the past 4 years or something I don't get that feeling of the current tracks... Groovy tracks can only make me feel happy but not be a favourite track.

If after listening to a track i press the replay button then for me its sure a good track.
I like melodies and crazy sound effects and offcourse a nice beat. |

a fav. track doesnt have to follow a certain definition..
you should try hard and make something that also has a little bit of emotions in it.. and there'ya go - you got it :)

I don't wanna offend anyone but this is the most stupid thread here (except Ron's "spider on the wall"), you can't say what makes your tracks favourites 4 you... we have have different taste...
unless you meant the fact that some ppl have favourites that are unreleased only b-cuz they're unreleased and not musically good.. then i can understand where you're going..

Actually you missed the meaning (as some ppl do in this forum), and it was to understand ppl's variety of tastes...
but yes, ppl can even relate to favourite as to some unreleased track which isn't musically developed... but that's still kind of a favourite definition don't you agree? |

I like it most if it is adventureous, full of drama and melodies and energy. But i also like allot hard tracks super hard 303s (s-range - micron transponder) ;). |
