I'm on the Xyla bandwagon right now!!
I just had a chance to hear some of
her unreleased new trax and it is
some of the sickest stuff I have heard
in the Dark Psy genre. I can't wait
for her full length album to get released.
She's gonna kill us all in Cleveland on the 14th!

*Osiris Indriya played a great progressive set in NYC last month.
*Brandon Adams gave me an awesome darkpsy mix the other week thats been in my cd player
*Onnomon rocked at the TDC Fest
*Coral played an awesome set at 55 the other weekend
*And Mukti was awesome to play a vs. set with @ COSM the other weekend

There are 2 great producers from Dallas.
Gift Culture... who makes some fantastic electronic chillout.

Osiris played a wonderfully smooth and flowing set at Symbiosis, Id have to vote him as my favorite American progressive dj.
Xyla is far and away my favorite American, if not worldwide, darkpsy artist!
Theres a lot of good stuff coming from the west coast these days. Alien Mental, Mubali, Bodhisattva 13:20, Quasar!, all getting better by the day!
Random played a killer night-trance set at Symbiosis, so Id have to say in the full-power-yet-not-dark genre, he'd be my favorite.
Fractal Cowboys by far are my favorite live act in America. Threw me right on the floor last June at SoulSync! MMMMADNESS!!!!
Im not too sure about any other djs, Im not one to glorify the ones who play other peoples music, but I have had a lot of fun dancing to Catalyx, Parus, Wichdockta, Konflux, cant think of any more at the moment....
