I'm really amazed of all the tracks that people talk about in the top 10 and unidentified forum. I live in Mexico and i don't know where you hear to all those tracks. Any advice? Where i can hear them?
What i know is that i bought a cd on the street wich cost me less than 1dllr. And party pooper is on it. Am i lucky?

You're right, buying pirate stuff is support the killers of the scene and i actually don't buy a lot of pirate stuff, but let me ask you something. If you see a pirate cd that is really cheap and you notice that some really good artists tracks are on it won't you buy it?
In fact i never heard anything about party pooper until i got that cd, then looking around here i saw these post. And let me tell you that the day that party pooper is released i will buy that cd too. Unfortunetly here in Mexico the new albums arrive 3 or 4 months after they are released. I bought like 3 months ago in less than 1dllr the Heroes of Imagination album and 3 weeks ago i bought the original in more than 28 dlls. 3 weeks ago is not too much for that album? Blame the cd stores in here that don't have the new stuff. And i don´t have a credit card to buy them on the web. OK
Or if you were in my case you will wait 4 months to buy them i'm sure you won't.

I just wish that someday i keep a party for all cops in this world.. play this track ... when the track gets full on.. its gonna blast ... suddenly it stops ... how sad it is.. they will come to know

This problem with distribution is world wide.
Wait intil it's released to buy it... Don't buy pirates!!! You're paying for them to keep making pirates!!! They're killing the labels with this "pirate menace"...
Buying originals is a good thing, keep doing it, in this way you support your favorite artists, they know you're liking their work and style, so they keep doing it. 
In my opinion buying pirates CD is one of the worst things you can do for the scene, even if later you buy the originals. I'ts like give money to the bad guys and after a while give money to the good guys.

I have heard this track at two parties already, and it always has mixed results.....just love it though cause I know what's coming!
