First one is Eskimo - Party Pooper. The whole sample is:
"Ladies and gentleman, can I have your attention, please? I'm sorry, but the police are here. They've asked us to stop the party."
Second one is Cosmosis and Shakta - Visitors.

Eskimo Party Pooper is the most talked about song this season ... alot of people i have heard have almost walked out of raves in goa and other places thinking the cops have come to bust it ... haha nice set of lines kicked in by Junya .... Nice way to bring a smile of every1s face ... all in all the track is a smasher ...good job  |

***FOR THE RECORD***
dj Junya aka Eskimo took (without my permission) this sample and the idea itself from my track 'Party Police' (VOIDCOMM), which I had given as a demo to his father, John (Phantasm Records), at a lovely outside party near Bristol, UK)
I'm very blessed by the continuing effect this idea is having everywhere - just abit keen that some of you know that it came from me, not him.
Having said that, my track was not of good enough quality to be released (still learning every day) and Junya's was and is a kick arse stomper. Hats off.
Needless to say, I'm saving a few further ideas untill the day my production skills are good enough to get the feedback directly.

empty post? weird...i think its the cops 
i wrote in my message above that any thing to do with police and parties IMO is shit,the last thing i would want to hear while doing...WhAtEvEr in a party is somthing like the sample mentioned above or "oh fuck sombody called the cops"(i dont know by who).
in RAP these kind of sapmles are used a lot in both ways..."fuck the police" or "come out with your hands over your head" in trance i think the little piggies shouldnt be mentiond.
and for the record FUCK THE POLICE.

Because Junya was telling me about his idea to make a track with this sample around March or April. He had this sample and played it to me when I was visiting him in England last April.

My last mix dates (according to origional files) were done in May03 - so I don't think he had the sample untill at least early May, but I suppose it's possible that I gave John an earlier mix... I'll send you the track, if you don't believe me.

Does anyone know whether this track has been actually released to any compils or any soon? I want to get it on cd! Yes, i admit i have it on mp3 :/ It is a killer track but i really want the track even if it is the only one i like in a compil. Any ideas guys? I wasnt too sure on which forum i should have posted this on, sorry mods, i hope i got it right. |
