Hi,

yes - it is a bit of an odd chart.
It's based entirely on votes from visitors to the site.
Entheogenic frst album not included as never requested - \i'll add it now and see what happens.

The masters of psy chill are back with a great new chill album. My favourites are Midnight Eyes, Golden Cap, Zero Plus and Secret Tongues.

Somebody was mentionning on the other forum that they are doing quite some work for movies and TV.
I think I have heard some of their work on German TV.

Let's begin with the anecdote, unfortunately only french or people who can receive french tv channnels & could verify this. Midnight Eyes could appear to your ears as familiar sounding, why? Because the core of the track comes from a jingle from a midday game 'La Cible' on France2, which i suspect to be produced by our dear loved Helmut & Piers. Actually it's the same short melodic layer developped, agremented , embellished by a whole structure that leads it to become a full tune.

Yes have noticed this one. They produced the La cible theme, cool.

Fucking brilliant chill! Pretty much the first truly awesome chill release in 2006. Afwul amount of generic boringness happening there imo, but this beauty is something else

Great stuff again from Entheogenic, maybe not their best album, but by far the best out this year!

On second thought maybe it is their best album, difficult to say anyway which would be the best.

Agree with this, Golden Cap is pretty much the first chill release I like this year.

Midnight Eyes is an Entheogenic classic, very moving real cool track.
Golden Cap is a very interesting take on an old english song, very well done.
Zero Plus one of my favourites here, great vibe, something like progressive chill.
Kashmir Day Trip is another classic.

The solution machine is a darker twisted track, another one of my favourites.

Secret Tongues is very different from all their other material, more dynamic more beats, good stuff.

All in all another great album from Entheogenic.
