For me Schnauss is a very innovative and respected artist...I dont think that has nothing in common with Entheogenic..By the way, Entheogenic has a quite boring music imho.. A ethno-chill-dub style not my style anymore...
But ok, its all about personal taste of music..Nothing more nothing less

Me thinks this is a great psy album, and completely different from Schnauss and co.....

Great rhytmic, love the music in general.

My favorites would be - The solution machine, Golden Cap and Secret Tongues.

Very good album!

9/10

This is not psytrance. It's chillout.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

He didn't say psytrance, he said psy, so do you think chillout can't be psy? does it have to follow certain rules of chillout? and why is the definition of the genre so important??

Just enjoy the music man

Why does he call it psy then if the genre isn't important? Man, I love these back - back conversations.          "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

Psychedelic/psy is not genre. Psy-trance is a genre, rock can be be psy as well.

this surely was 1 of the most waitied for albums of this year for me.

bout the music....hmmm cannot say it's a bad album and cannot say it satisfied me as a enthenognic album.

if this same music was released by a new artist i dont think neone of us wud have complained and most wud have said it's nice and givin a thumps up to the artist but, the name enthenogenic is too big for this kind of music and that too after enthenogenic and spontanoues illumination.

And this album proves that Entheogenic is still the biggest name in the psy-chill scene.

They are!
And I love this album, bit different from Entheogenic-Entheogenic and Spontaneous Illumination, but still very good, way above the rest in the moment.

All four Entheogenic albums are classics, including the last one, which I think is again a great psy-chill release from Entheogenic.

Personally I enjoyed the album.
I don't think the sound is much changed.
I'll be interested to see how it fares long term against the other albums.
We've got a chart here that might give some indication of popularity eventually: http://www.morpheusmusic.co.uk/html/charts.htm

Is it based on sales only? Looks like a strange chart to me. Entheogenic - Dialogue of the Speakers at number 1? I know lots of people that like ambient and thought that album was a big disappointment. Oh well... the famous taste issue.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."
