beat pharmacy is amazing. especially check out versions of 'wikkid times' album! not really dubtechno, more like a crossover between dub house and techno - good stuff

marko furstenberg, p.laoss, quantec, havantepe, luke hess come to my mind atm as really quality dubtech producers

worth mentioning is also lithuanian Giriu Dvasios with just released album "Metai"

also i found many really good dubtechno sound on various netaudio releases. some of them are uploaded on my YT channel (only music released under CC license) http://www.youtube.com/floatsounds
Personally, releases from siberian Electronica label are my favourites
Enjoy

On archive.org there is a lot of stuff by my fellow Dutchman Ohrwert, which is just as good as mr. Marko Furstenberg. So check that out, it's all free. Not all of his stuff is dubtechno, he also made aome ambient stuff.

And I'm shocked that nobody has mentioned Danny Kreutzfeldt yet, who produced some of the real classics in the Thinner netlabel days. He also uses the names sgnl_fltr, Periskop and Sectorchestra. Unfortunately, since Thinner went commercial all of his stuff was removed from their site.

All of Periskop's stuff can be downloaded for free off of www.periskop.cc:
"80/60" is 20 tracks of 10min+ submarine dub. Amazing bass, esp. track 10.
"15" is what he calls "click-doom" and is a lot slower, but still worth checking out if you like his sound.

There's also 2 free sgnl_fltr albums on netlabel www.stadtgruen.net. "Iktus" is hard glitchy techno, but check out "Atrum" for some excellent long-form dubtechno.
