This dude should not be rewarded for paying what he has too to artist! artists who got their hard-earned money should just stay out of the discussion....
also, about this guy takuan, you people should know he is a freind of this thief, and he has a lot to earn from this situation, getting tracks for free and whatever else i dont know...(  ??)
takuan...until you make tracks, sell them to a label and not get payd, butt out! you dont need to be a  of spooks....

if you change it every 7 bit's you make it yours.
and if basterds like spook had pay to artists maybe they will bye the software but as long as there are thifs like spook dont expecet no one to bye frutty or cubase ECT'

Sorry but this is bullshit. If a sample is recognisable then you need permission from the copyright holder. The fact that no-one gets permission to use their samples doesn't take away from the fact that they have to by law.
Next time you accuse someone of knowing 'jack shit' about something, make sure you know what your're talking about yourself.

Energyloop, if I am reading this right you are basically saying it is o.k. to steal something as long as after you make money with it you then pay back the person you stole from? So what makes you any different to spook?

but you have allot to say with big attitude and it is becoming clear to me that your own MORALS may be on a similar par to spooks.
With your theory it would be o.k. to say steal a car to try it out as a taxi and if you make money with rides then you would pay the owner back?
What about if I download all your tracks to try them out. I am not about to make money with them and will probably delete them in 6 months after I am sick of them and have download the next 50 new killah releases. Would that be o.k.? |

I apologize theif is the wrong terminology what is more appropriate to this thread is the tem HYPOCRITES ! but i will say I agree payment is nessesary! i Know for a 100 % fact that Spook will stand by his word! he does not intend to duck and dodge every email,it is just hard to respond to so much at once,(at least he dont use a generic email response like some peeps do) he definately needs a secretary to help him with this part but for now there really is no money, to hire any employees so for now i have a idea id like it if the ones who are owed sumthing to give me a holler on msn and ill see you to a agreement from spook ill play middle man for a minute till things get better! basicly trust that spook isnt against any of you & does not get money becuz of you,he really is trying to get new artists music put out there and give there music a chance like no other label evr has! which i am thankfull for and is the interest im trying to protect! im not trying protect spooks interests at all im only saying i know he will pay up as soon as he can dont lose faith ! i understand he never responds to email And he admits he is wrong for that so i hope that will get better but in the time inbetween try giving me a holler and ill see what i can get done for you just add me to your msn goahed@hotmail.com >maybe i can help im not saying ill pay you but im saying ill definately get you a answer in a timely fasion just trust that im a good guy and have no intentions here exept for to make everyone happy and to be some sort of world bridger between all of you, im not being payed by spook and he doesnt even know im doing this but trust me folks I guaruntee it |
