yes but change that was done is bad.
a lot of people speak about it, if you indicate old times to nowdays, you will see that new people in the scene are diffrent then the ones you used to see.
and the thing is ... that its no fun being with the new crowed, like it used to be fun, to be with the old crowed...becuase of AGE and Mentality.
I hope I do not offend somone here, but this is the truth in the most sharpest words... |

as for the topic...... i wouldnt call it willpower. i would call it mental resolve. the ability to undertake the sometimes excruciating path to the party and all of the sufferings and good things accompanying it, is somtimes diminshed by lack of mental resolve.

I still think those times are not so far away... and there are still small parties with great vibes and not just mainstream Bom Bolenat folkz.
Actually, I don't think it will change so much if you don't change it and other ppl won't.
You can still organize your own old times parties or I think those parties will come - as soon as trance will dive into the deep underground again

u wanna know what im realy think about parties ?? today/yeastarday/tommorow ??
man,its pure fun and a lot joy !!
i liked the parties in the past alot, no shit.. the mixture of all kind of ppl + realy hard drugs + underground feeling and exclusive mind bombs we had was a great time...
today ?? its blast today !! look how better the music of today, how many older ppl at parties and what a expirienced trancers u can meet everythere. also the productions sometimes just killah + more and more options for a exactly finding of what u look for (all kind of parties in one small country)..
tommorow ?? i guess i will be there for sure

well i think novadays parties r like clubs
mainstream music (not even a bit of underground)
orginizer that starving for money and not for vibe (sometime they even dont know whats psytrance music realy is)
and crowd with tons of poza on them that dont want to react to sentence like "good morning"
and instead of enjoy only making wierd comments
times r changed for bad 
but its not too late to fix that
so ppl if u'll smile a bit at parties it wont hurt anyone so lets start with that
and duplex that language is accepteble too
who cares how ppl speak as far as there is a communication???
and if u remmeber those times when u were at parties u knew almost all ppl there
today sceene is too big for that
and dont forget ...

good words ananda604, we all need to evolve, stop worrying about kids and shit, Hear and feel the music instead, i mean everyone can appreciate trance no matter what age or nationality or whatever, as long as the musician is playing good music i will be happy no matter if i am by myslef or with a thousand kids or cops, who cares. |

Good energies, good vibe, beautiful people and all the other words that describe that amazing feeling when u are dancing in nature, the music plays with your head, people are smilling and communicating without the need to talk is what a trance party is all about for me.
In all the paries i was, whether good or bad, with Arsim or witout, good sound/dj/deco or bad, i allways found the people i want to dance with and to share that amazing feeling.
Now, i didn't go to parties back in the 90's (i listend to death metal than and was going to other parties..). I started with outdoor parties in 2000 and all the changes I see are natural for a developing scene.
About the young people in parties, well, every one need to start somewhere, and i see tham as the new generation, and it is well known that every generation is not satisfied with the new one...
Now, about the question, there are only 2 things that can cause me not going to a party: I need to study (rare) and a girl |

roman - i hope this reply wont be a drag - but here it is .
the first party i ever been to was about 300 ppl -" bonim beach "- it was 300 because thats all the croud there was in haifa 4 such an event - it was in 95 , the fealing in that party was that of intimacy - something we all knew and nobody else - and it braught us together.
along with the years the " hat system " disapeard and ppl started to charge 4 entrence , and then 4 water and the whole thing became a mess .
two years later i found myself in my party , after playing from 4.00 to 10.00 with 5 scarry guys surrounding me , teeling me i have to go on playing or they'll stab me ( djinn was there ) , after that - till the year 2000 - i didnt go to partys!!!
u cant get the together vibe back - u cant get the intimacy back since every 14 year old knows everything and tryed it and because the music and ppl atracts scarry faces!
what u can do - is go on being a part of the colorful tribe of tents and ppl were all a part of and generate as much good vibes as u can to those arround u (-:
