Ancient tribes used this scared plants ok so we try them to expereince what they did but do u believe in waht they beleived their gods way of living ect why do u just try to relate this drug expereince with them if u r coniveced by it why don't u believe in everything esle they did ?
psychdeleics might enchance and alert our feelings but it doesn't mean u have to do them as ritual cause u want to see light everytime

look man I respect your words and truly believe in the pure joy you said,I really experienced that summer in nature from nature never too late,but Aya is completely different with all the other drug substances,first is not a drug because there is not any toxins on that holy plant,and if you know how to use it in a shamanic ritual way than it is for healing,cleaning,and purifying body mind soul.
After my first and second experience with Aya I said to my self never again with acid and other chemical stuff,...
if you search to find the alchemy of Aya you will understand what I mean in that part...spiritually only if you have an experience with shamanic guidance...
about emptiness you said that is the deeper meaning my mushi friend...
even mushrooms wich are ful of toxins once a year under mystic shamani ritual is ok,because it opens so many gates wich helps to find god,and realise our inner self,and I realy mean that it is not only words ,it is a fact...

As for a "Ritual", I don't really have one.
Oh wait, I do burn incense b4 the Artist, and Dj.'s start the party.
I just love the music for what it is and how it makes me feel... ALIVE!
I don't need drugs to experience Psy, Prog or Full On. The music is my drug!

your ritual sounds great...and you must have many nice visions and understanding.....i do something similar...actually if i cant have this personal fw hours dance time regularly, beging to feel possessed by tv ghosts...
i keep crystals and a picture of Kali near me when i play music or practice....just making sacred trance space....

I am happy for you that you estimate the ritualistic spiritual tame,crystals alwys help for protection,have you ever try to clean bless and purify the holy picture of Kali and that crystal from inside and outside by you own ritual?
You could even communicate with crystals as you sleep, I had done that...secret of the 13 crystal sculls,great compilation with crystal communication...

...trance music is a mystical experience wich needs ritualistic spirit preparation before we start and at the end to close peacefully and ballanced...that is my personal opinion.
