do you do ritual in trance

sometimes when I listen ritualistic trance in my room specially in the night I light candles in front of some mystic symbols wich I have for deco and a kind of positive energy in my room to create a special atmosphare,light sticks,and feel that there is a special mystical moment...when I feel that my spirit is ready for my personal ritual I roll a joint and before I light it I cross it to excorcize the demonic spirits...after boom starting for soul hunt with my voice while catching a rythm with my drum percussion in harmony and syntonized with the rythm of music to fly as an eagle in a shamanic way and call each sacred spirit I want to communicate...than starting to dance and let the spirit in free flow who visited my place come inside me ,follow my vision and let it make my dancemovements to give me what I asked for...to close my personal ritual in trance I say a prayer to give my respect and my thanks to those spirits who visited me and then leave them go peacefully...

I light incense sticks in respect,also do it at parties before going on to the dance floor and then smoke a chu invoking the presence of the cosmic dancer................

I liked the topic issue lots of ritual topics lately..
Well, I've never done it like this, trying to call spirits or something, I dont want to disturbe them or anything, there are just some things I dont think its recommended to do, like Sience..
Seems to me that you like this ritual, I like that =)

I used to do shadowboxing and ...
after 10 minutes or so it was very trippy
