Take care israel producers are all traders...and i´m fucking rigth...with no doubt....the label pay for 1 track and the artits trade them in internet...Thats the TRUE and thats very bad...because i love israeli producers...but i think that all have to STOP this disrespect to the labels.           DJ VEG

veg my man

As I dont hold myself responsible for Audiotec I can hold myself responsible for me and for those I know. I am totally entitled and have full right to go to another artist I know and swap music with him. It is my f#@%$ing business and my f@#$ing music we talk about and so is he. There fore u can see on my tops unreleased music of other artists - I pay respect to them also for very good tunes and also for giving me these tunes to play in parties and trust me not to trade them with others.

So take it easy my friend

..........

And one more thing... I know this will draw a lot of fire but still

Not every kid with a computer at home that was trading mp3 since he knew how to walk this earth and released 1 tune in a label is an artist.

Because in this case we all are artists - all those that in this forum and beyond

I guess to be an artist one has to pass a little more distance than this...

So veg... not everyone painted blue is artist

know yer artist...

there is some truth in what you say...at least I believe so as well..

most of the mp3s on this scene get online so fast because they are ripped by label djs, artists, people who work in online shops...I've also noticed that when samples for a compilation or an album go online on psyshop the compilation itself becomes available on dc++ hubs the very same day...coincidence...don't think so

I know these are harsh words and acusations but I just don't believe that all the compils and albums would be online so fast if they were ripped by normal listeners...it just has to be someone on the inside..

actually this is wrong. technically, as soon as you register yourself as an artist (with the israely copyright organisation in your case) you give them the right to manage the copyright income of all your current and future albums. this means that even when a track isn't released yet whoever wants a copy of this track, or broadcast it on radio or webradio, ows these organisations (and indirectly the artist) a fee.           www.psytracks.com :: Brand new website for sharing your psytracks with the world. Das Fung,
Just one thing. Before you talk about a country why not get to know it first.
Here in Brasil there is a lot of ppl who do have money and buy their records ( and I belive that my friends in India will agree that the same goes fore them)... so before you site a country please get to know it first

Finally you found a true meaning for this thread amigo

This seemed like a lost thread. You do have the gift of flaming ppl wrongly dude. First you blamed the full on lovers, then you blamed the Brazilians and Indians.
I'm glad you've finally found it.

Somebody working at Psyshop (or any other online or physical record store) would be the *last* person to want to make an album available on the file sharing networks. They are in the same boat as the labels and artists - their jobs depend on them selling the albums. Why would they want to literally take sales out of their own pockets?

You are correct about it probably not being a "normal listener", but don't look to the stores - they are probably the last ones who would rip a new album and put it on the net.

Labels send out many promo copies of CDs well before the release date. These go to DJs, artists, writers, magazines, stores, etc. A large number of these will be sent at the same time. When you see an album appear on Psyshop with samples, 50-100 other people probably received a promo copy of the CD around the same time as well.

The coincidence doesn't have anything to do with Psyshop (or any other online store) - the coincidence is that a lot of other people (probably not all trustworthy) have received a promo copy of CD at the same time as Psyshop.

Unfortunately, it is hard for a label to closely control a large promo list - there will always be some dishonest people on the list. But promo lists are completely necessary to hype an album before its release, so I don't see any way to avoid this problem.
