Interesting discussion! When Olivier did his first post, I was in complete agreement, on the other hand Edoardo has a point as well. So you both have a point and I agree with both of you, if that makes any sense. But, I do have to say, I would never download a set without tracklist, but that's just me.
Anyways, I am by no means a famous DJ, I'm just a jackass sitting in his bedroom doing mixes for his friends while drinking obscene amounts of beer and smoking pot, but I also spend a huge amount of time on beatport and I buy music in the hundreds every month. But the way I see it, I am like the reconnaissance team scouting the large music market for my friends, and then I pick the best stuff and pass it on. So thats why I always put detailed tracklists on my mixes, but obviously my sitution is 100% different than Edoardo.
I do agree, however, with Edoardo's point on the big world of techno, there is just so much stuff out there, it's so much fun. I could have no better time than scouting beatport and kompakt.mp3.net for hours, it is awesome. I don't know how I survived in the vynil era back in the day, when I actually had to physically go to record stores. But that had its own charme, I guess. But the point I am trying to make is this:
There is no better time to be an electronic music lover than right now!

It happens to me quite often to do exactly the same (doing mixes, drinking & smoking) playing on a stage, and that's why I need to keep new stuff "secret" at least for a while!
You are absolutely right when you say there is no better time to be an electronic music lover than right now!

Well, I guess were are all just jack-asses after all  But good for you that you were able to turn fun into doing it on stage and getting paid for it, I understand why you like to keep your secrets...
BTW, I actually did listen to the mix now after all this talk even though there is no tracklist, and I liked it. Definitely more "squeaky" and rougher then what I usually listen to, but cool stuff! And I only recognized one song, the Len Faki remix, the rest will probably remain a mystery forever

really nice mix man.... i like this deep techno atmosphere that you put on it,this one is more calm,perfect to listen in any place...i know a couple of tunes here..some ive listened in your great set at new years day hehe
by the way...what a set...
i just miss this time some Dubfire!
about the tracklisting...i agree with both of sides.
You make a real research of tracks in beatport,trackitdown,juno and etc...buy a lot of stuff..listen to a lot of sounds..many days of listening,drinking,smoking hehe and you'll choose in the theory,the best sounds for your mix...
then u put the tracklist...,its "kinda" make a real job for others...
In my case...i do all this job,but for now,i'm nobody...so if I post a mix without tracklist,nobody will download it.
The ppl should know this to make the download and then a post a feedback.
The feedback its very important for starting djs!
In Edoardo,D-Nox case,this not happens...they are already recognized djs,what they play its always great stuff..they have a nice taste for sets....so..most of the ppl will download it anyway hehe
