There is no Cydonia vibe left in his work.

Jirah has indeed quit.

About Necton , i can tell you that Martin Stäff is focusing his production onto ambient-electronica under the name 'Liquid Stranger' but Necton still exists, Patrick Olsen taking a bit more care of it.

Tarsis = sebastian kruger 'aka sbk check his label avalanche) + Linus Wessel (he was running a downtempo project but few tracks were released on Spirit Zone long time ago under the name Space Fish if i remember well, he was also involved in Disco Slickers band).

Linus was also involved in the Sphere project, who released their 'Rotation' cd on Insolation Records. There were some pretty nice songs on that one.

Yeah, M.O.S... I'd really like to know what those guys are doing. Last I've heard of them was on the 'Connected' and 'Monarchie 3' compilations from ZMA with the song Connected and the Nerve Remix of that. Also on that Connected album was Nerve - White Sand which was a great track too. Stereotype - Searching was also on that cd and also a project from the M.O.S. guys. That one was more proggy sounding. Anyway, pity I've not heard of them for so long. I really like those three M.O.S. albums. Such atmosphere in those tracks           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

Fuckin' army...

Couldn't get away, hm?

Anyway, I hope they will release some more and that they will not take the bait and start to reproduce and reproduce and reproduce, just release stuff. Their album was realy awsome, one of the best things I heared from Israel in a long time.

So mystic, so noisy....

many examples of that: Astrix, Star-X... i'd say Eskimo too, but he's got crappy only in his 3rd album (Balloonatic 1, 2 and 3 (?))

I think he has only one good tune: Take A Look Out There. The rest is, well, to obvious and hectic for me.           I love humanity but I hate people.

Well i can say the energie in the scene is lower and lower... I hope on a brighter future.

Couldn't agree more. When I started to love that music, I was a timid teenager in the year 1996. And I loved that scene because all the crap you have in the "real world", all that hedonism, narcism, numbness, ignorance and expecially that neurotic scene-behaviour was limited. It was there, but on such a low level, you could easily go over it. Today? Today it's lika any other hedonistic crap scene. Today you have "stars" like Skazi with all the shit around it: groupies, fans, people who scream all the time, everybody looks at the DJ/Liveact now, just like an ordinary rock concert.

But it will change back. Just wait until there is the new attraction for all that rave tourists. Then we will have our goa back.           I love humanity but I hate people.
