I will tell you something, many artist retire from psy rance because they didn't like the direction of things goin... All the things starting with the poor full on sounds, which today are replaced by a hardcore electronica on more then 160 bpm called dark, using metal covers with blood and canibalism, well in such condtitions its very normal for pioneers which made the most positive music to retire.

Well i can say the energie in the scene is lower and lower... I hope on a brighter future. Darshan started a progressive project called excession, first track on nuance, then james monroe is cooking a new album, but i think what we lazk is sth with the goa sporot to resurect hehe i need some goa with the true spirit

suria had a couple of tracks released not too long ago on the sin records compilation, primero picado (first sin). tracks were decent i thought. dont know anything about any future releases.

Even though i personally wish he continued producing in his old style, like Dark Side of the Sun, Suria is working on his new album - it will be a full on morning sun lit approach. Should be interesting. Hope that helped.

Prana is split. Tsuyoshi does his Joujouka thing+many other projects and running a couple of labels.. Nick Taylor is coming out with a new Snake Thing remix on the Ear Pleasure compilation on Chill Tribe records, aswell as doing funk punk rock with his band Slot Machine...

People grow up,get tired of some things,find new interest in some other stuff,make famillies,have to work to make a decent living and search for new directions in life.
Its called evolution i guess.
By the way dont blame artists for leaving a scene that today has transformed into a big joke,especially when these people created the scene and witnessed its rise,peak and fall.
