worse than disappearing artists are the artists with 1st great album then 2nd album crappy.
many examples of that: Astrix, Star-X... i'd say Eskimo too, but he's got crappy only in his 3rd album (Balloonatic 1, 2 and 3 (?))

Maybe they just grew up, and realized that making psytrance music and partying isn't what they want to do when they came to the age of 40-45 years old.
Also, there aren't so many artists who can make a living from producing psytrance music, and I guess that there are artists who just get bored from psy trance and switch to some other genres of music.
And BTW, this topic starts to look like a department for lost and found  LoL |

Dark Soho - split up- Boxer is now Dark Soho, Rizo joined Zeev & another guy (gilad, I think, as Krunch).
California Sunshine- Miko & Har-el occasionally re-appear- though I think they're probably not gonna come back again. But then again, who knows...
Sandman- Itzik is working on his new album. Heard some of it, and though it's a bit noisy for my current moods, it's sound interesting. He's even doing a remix to Nostradamus!
Zoo-B- who cares?
Youth- releasing downtempo stuff through LSD all the time.
Shakta- Seb is probably the busiest of them all- doing Hibernation, Kaya Project, Angels Tears, Foxglove & other breakbeat projects.
Man Made Man- still pop up here and there.
Jorg- released his debut album under the name Shiva last year and working from Japan on Shiva Space Japan.
Cydonia- Dino is still around at times. Dunno what are the other guys doing.
Kopses- they split up into groups I dunno the name of, but are hovering in the Doof neighborhood.
Mark Allen- last I heard, he turned lawyer, but that was long ago. All effort to locate him failed :-(
Synchro- last talked to him about 3 years ago and he was still making music. His website is still there...
