dude psy for me is dead , i emphesised it in my statment !

well i think im saying that cuz , damn i've been into this music since 94 or less i think ..i dont really remember , i bought like every cd that was electronic , and dammit i had enough ...
it has so meny evolvments , and it makes you kinnda confused , so yeah i think psy is dead ..
and for me the finn music is nothing near psy ..

ppl , the problem with making a party with a lot off expenses here, for unnone orginizers , is that there is no garenty that u'r money will retern. im not talking about making money from it, just to get it beck...
lust 2 weekend i went to 2 party's that where canceld...i have to say i havenet been living in israel for some years naw and it looks bed.
as most of u said , ppl rather go to a party of ppl thay know, of acts thay know, and if u bring someone from abrode , wich is unnone to the israeli ppl, not shoor at all that ppl will come...so we get the same acts here most of the time.
i was going to make one party in june bringing here frind's ( such as  j. edoardo nourobaiotic rec, felippo from "lotus omega" bouth never been in israel yet) but still if no garenty to get the money beck, if party goes byby so easy becous of police , u think 10 times befor doing it.
i would still like to bring them here but not for loosing dineros if there is an intrest from somebody here do contect me maiby we shap the seenry alittel beet

all what you said is true.but don't forget the thik line between being commercial or not.
if you're bringing the 'names' you have to pay for them,you need a place where the cops won't stop the party,good deco and sound don't forget the security and the workers ect...and that means you're gonna have to charge ppl for a high price ticket or high price at the bar and then ppl will say:it was a comercial party bla bla bla.
and unless you're gonna bring 4 dj's from abroad,who's gonna play with them?you need good dj's from israel and they play in lots of parties here.
that's the catch!!!!!

well i had a lot of fun at the last party i went to.
played: arik, tuhar,juha
all of them r very good dj's, specially that tuhar dude.
ppl, dont tell me, it's nececery to invite the same dj's over and over to the same parties like the last summer wich was controlled by
1)dot.com
2)psychomicro
3)astrix/atomic pulse
each and every morning was the same.
nothing refreshing.
that's the reason imo.
and that's why i dont go any party anymore.
i know what orgenizers i like,
for example, i prefer juha's parties over ronen's cuz at least it's not the same music (dot.com,micro) every morning

Here's my dime -
I guess the answer to the original question (Is there a decline in party goers?) is no. Think about how many parties we have each weekend and how many ppl we see there. If a few years ago we had 1-2 parties, and not every weekend, we get a max of 1000ppl partying on a weekend (if one of the parties was a big one). Today we have like 5-6 every weekend, with an average of 200-300 ppl at a party = 1000-1800 ppl partying on a weekend.
But the hardcore of this forum became selective and chooses it's parties carefully. Not going to a party every weekend anymore, therefore there's a decline in party reviews.
Another thing is that a lot of ppl just stopped posting reviews. There are many parties that I went to and met a lot of IsraTrance members, and yet found hardly any review about that party later.
Come on ppl, share your view of the party you went to

zio my frind...as for the d.j's im lucky to have some frinds that r ' names' in israel and out side of it, some r new name's and some r know'n .
as for sound and light , dow to the fect that im warking as a lighting injenir for my lust 10 years around the world , i could get good 'stuf' for verey good prises, i wanted to make it for 50 nis..i think not to much?!
what i found was meesing for me was the ppl ...wich i do need some garenty for a serthen amount of ppl to make it happend...as i sed if theres intrest out there ...we can do it together...

pll dont post review about every party they went to.
i can say this about myself as well
if i went to a bad party , i see no taste about posting a review. if it was really bad or really good i will say something about it.
if it was just a regular party, i dont think there's what to review cuz it all known already.

to bring astrix or atomic pulse is more comertial than bring some unknown name to play
and about local dj's........
well u know ivri lider's song?

every fuck today have cdj's at home and some of them have good dj skills and taste
and there is no real problem to grow them to be a good dj's (like u did to nisan and noga.they totaly owned both blt and atomic pulse sets)

zio, what you said is true to some extent, people do immediately think of parties as commercial the minute they have like three foreign djs, but i don't think a party should have 3 foreign djs here in israel unless it's a big rave.
israel used to have a lot of djs, and i really would like to see the best of them side by side with one or maybe two foreign djs. (preferably ones that are known enough to bring the right crowd). about the reviews, i usually post a review even for bad parties cause first, the organiser could maybe benefit from it. and second, i think most of us will benefit from knowing how that producer handles himself (thus creating a bigger challenge for that producer, which i hope won't make him collapse ). and those revies aren't just about the production, but music too, it's a way for us to get to know new djs. if you were at a party with an unknown dj that suddenly you thought was pretty good, letting everyone know about it will make people know him, and count him in the "good dj list" for next weekend parties
and about that list, i want to recommend pixel and domestic which are already knwon, but have surpassed what they did up till now in the "yom kipur" party.

Well, all of you who are complaining about lack of new DJs in the scene can come to the Domo party this weekend and dance in the freestyle stage. You'll hear new sounds for sure.
I just wonder if after that you will post a review on the party or not

well brother, i can just ofer u to whit one more mounth and than "ananas production" start to make parts in israel after a very succisful year in kophangan and a tribe of 500 party animils that know how to enjoy fron a good dj set whit out all the bolshit "poza' . anyway brother u can send me your mobil fhone and i`ll see u in israel.
tomorrw i`m playing whit gigi in another outdoor party ,and the half moon party was a boom. |

hey intelabeam.that's a good idea you have BUT:that kind of party you're speaking about is gonna coast you minimum around 25-30,000nis (acording to the terms i wrote on the other post). if you take 50 nis per person.you nead 500-600 people who pay full price. don't forget those who get in free,those who come after 6:00,those who break in=you nead more then 800 people for this one.
people will love you for charging them 50nis.the question is:do you wonna pay 5000nis for that love?
nobody's planing to be reach from parties and nobody wonna pay all his month salery for that.
getting edoardo here is something i wonna do for a long time (a killer set!!!)but it will take a while.
5meo-i agree with you but i still think i'm right. when i wrote the 'names' i ment djs from abroad.and when you get them it coast you so it coasts the ppl so it was a comercial party 'cause as i said there are pplwho don't like to pay even if they know the effort and money you invested.
