did anyone else notice how these days we rarely see a party review (like this weekend, no reviews).
what happened? did no one go out? were all parties busted (at least someone wrote about that).
so, what else happened? i actually think that something fundamental happened lately, at least for me i know it did. lately i've caught myself thinking of going out only to really well known organised parties (moksha, udi and ronen and on and on), and have thought even less of going out to parties which are less known (eran's party, full-moon...) and usually i wasn't alone in that thought, as there weren't too many party goers over to those parties. have i become a guy who likes the safe only? am i alone in this? i don't think so.
but i do know it is very limiting, both to us, and to the new organisers who are trying to make their parties work.
anyway, i hope i will change my party mode soon, though i don't know if it'll happen, in the meanwhile i'd still like to read about how people enjoyed their weekend. so, all you out there who did have brains to do something, write about it           Super-teen extraordinaire Freakazoid! Freakazoid!

First Freeky, what are u doing up so early?

Second, I think it's a question of age. You used to go out for a couple of years almost every week-end. At the ebgining even the most amateurish party was good for you. But as you grow up, your expectation rise and u don't have the strenght anymore to go out every week-end.
Look at the 18 year old guys and girls that go out to outdoor parties. They go out every week-enmd. The question that bother you don't bother them, at least for now.

You know, people that used to go to outdoor parties during the begining/mis 90's stopped going out after a few years, cause they say it doesn't have the same vibes. Same for you Itay. The vibes that were there a few years ago are gone.

i think it has something to do with the cops. For the last 2 weeks i have gone to parties which were busted ("Avi & Zohar" party, "Must in Dust" party)

bad luck i guess...           MiniMAL cabron...

yeah, munchie i agree about that. and i agree with ou a bit candy. it has something to do with how long i've been going to parties, but i still am not sure it's about age, as much as it is about being lazy and another thing is i guess my friends who also have cut down their party going, and that affects me.
well, i don't know, there's just something missing lately... i need the karahana spirit back in the air
but that's a bit besides the point, i did talk about me a bit, but i was also talking about how people stopped writing lately, and if that's any sign, does it mean there are less party goers lately?

and all dj's playing same shit all over the summer
orginisers dont care to bring someone exiting to play

ok for example this week........
Vax,Visual Paradox,Avi,Zohar,Psycho Micro
Psycho Micro,Mechanik,Azax Syndrom,Dudi
Cyborg,Platform,PPS Project,Sesto Sento
Pixel and Domestic,Triac,Assi,Fritz
like.. fuck man i'm tired to hear those every week

for a long time we didnt heard from gabi, teomim, moksha, ezi and all other big orginisers
with some crasy dj line's
maybe summer is over for them
i know its not over for us

yeah 5meo, u dam right about that
i was in a party with psycho micro 3 times and he played the same set, the 1st one was great, the 2nd was ok but in the 3rd u start to get sick of it...
its seem like we go to the same orginizers who put the same djs, its like a closed company here...
and yep, summer isnt over for us!           I want you to understand that this man at the wheel is my attorney. He's not just some dingbat I found on the strip, man. He's a foreigner. I think he's probably Samoan. But that doesn't matter, though, does it? Are you prejudiced?

that is a very good argument 5meo-geo. and now that you mention it, i guess it is one of the big problems.
but, on the other hand, if they don't bring djs from abroad, who will they bring to make the party exciting? i don't know but it seems like good israeli djs are hard to find lately. there are a few good ones that seem to have wondered off lately without leaving a sign, guess the producers just need to get a little more imaginative (full-moon actually did that with native radio, gula-k and more, but i guess we didn't notice it at the time).
more to think about this yom-kipur           Super-teen extraordinaire Freakazoid! Freakazoid!

well freaka, the israeli djs r good, its just that u see the same djs in most of the 'good' parties.
we just need new music thats it...

freakazoid good dj for me its not one with name that playing at japan and shit like that
i c a good dj is a dj that ...
1st can play any time of party and plays different music at different times of party
2nd never 2 same sets. every set new music

thats the minimum man
and even if micro for example wouldnt play his top 10 every party but make each party new top 10 i would go gladly to hear him
but u know........
its seems too hard to be a dj

gula-k....
ye she can play any time of party and u'll never hear same set from her but there is not much of dj's like those
so i guess she is the only dj left in israel

and trip i dont think its same vax from psynews contest           Jesus didnt dance, but his beat goes on

what we need is dj's from abroad. the problem is that there are too many new "productions", who can't afford to bring dj's from abroad, so they all end up bringing Pixel, Sesto's, psycho-micro... don't get me wrong - i love these dj's, but how many times can you here the same kind of music at a party... it's exhausting.

There are only a few guys who can afford to bring exciting names from overseas: Moksha Project, Elad & Dotan, Psy-Zion, & maybe Udi & Ronen... but lately (last month or so), they have'nt been throwing parties... Wake up guyz! bring us someone interesting like: Battle of the Future Buddhas, Mandalavandalz, Dark Nebula, Loopus in Fabula...

think about it

im offended , hehe
as far as my memory recalls , triac really played only once , in a party near gadera , with a sucky sound system , and all the rest , so i dont think it turned out good ...
hehe so at least give triac a break 5meo , give us a try then gudge us ..

and i really like the idia that pepole started to understand the more technoish side of the scene , just i think they should do it right ...

and as for MY personal perspective , psy has died ,
we should move on ..not recycle our selves .

think about it .

Actually, I still go to some parties. I just don't review parties that aren't in nature or with a big act. And yeah, I don't go to all parties nowadays - but that's because I'll go to a party where someone I know is DJing, someone I really want to see is playing or it's organized by an organizer I trust. And it can't interfere with my f*cking studies either (university is a bitch sometimes).

I've been in bad parties too many times to visit even all of those.

And no, psy isn't dead, it's in a lot of music we hear today (younger brother, koxbox, shiva chandra, etc). As well as all of the Finn music           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222
