Its not so much about defending your taste as much as its about seeing people unnecessarily bashing a genre. Why bother criticising something when someone cant understand the message or the content they music conveys. Its people who say its easier to make dark music is what pisses me off. What genre??? What generalization??? From this point forward let every morsel of music be judged by it's own merit (or not at all??)....can one rest on it's laurels of convenience to say what is like to like without atrophy to the mind?
At the frontiers of inspiration and imaginations there are no boundaries (just like space)....it's much better in those greener pastures. To get locked into trappings of what something is called, as opposed to the raw experience, is to lick the prison walls of ones mind.
Let Pluto the "dwarf planet" be reminder of how silly our world revolving around the spectre of languange is.
There is no such thing as "dark psy"
Genrefication is dead.
