this is also the reason why most producers are doing happy fluffy music these days. they want to live a little longer than the dark psy artists...who basically only get to play ones before die`ing... |

Dark Psy parties to me are very introspective events. The music doesn't seem to have any "darkening" effect on the dancers. Everyone is happy but the sounds can be disturbing. I guess you have to like to be disturbed to enjoy it. Instead of hiding in the light and ignoring the darkness people willingly step into the shadows. Once you have meditated on that side of reality and found peace and happiness the darkness (applying this time to other aspects of life) things of this nature may no longer seem so foreboding and can even be beautiful. |
