Allmighty of dark progressive and tech sound:
The Delta
X-Dream
Midi Miliz
Opsy
October rust
Extrawelt
Cold Project
Kali Frogz
Le Saboteur
Fuzzion
Epi Centrum
Alic
Kalumet
Sensient...xcuse me for rest of great projects that I didn't mention. Better check labels like:
Boshke beats
Gravity Plus
Horns & Hoofs
Soundmute
Gemini
Nachtstrom Schallplatten
Digital Diamonds
Mechanical Dragon
Halu beats
Zenon...and you will find everything that you need...
I have some more additions that I dug up recently. I'm working on a comprehensive beginner's guide to the psychedelic techno sound, because it has taken me a lot of effort to scrobble together my collection. It's about 80% done, I think. And, yes, it's so incredibly rewarding when you finally get your hands on a release that you've been hunting for ages.
THE LIST, pt.2
Spirallianz (the OTHER Midimiliz project. Dark dark dark)
Trimada (Very cool music. His music can be very intense and minimalistic)
Opsis (this guy is easily on par with Sensient, especially is you love deeeeep heavy basses and oppressive atmospheres. highly recommended)
Three Point Turn (good French stuff, quite interesting)
Excizen (more funky and very compatible with Nuclear Ramjet!)
Metalogic (super-mechanical sound, very cool)
PPS Project (this is HARD and DARK, must have!)
VA - Five Tons of Flax
VA - Rewired
Cujorious One (amazingly varied and trippy music)
(Also, If you like Extrawelt, do check out some releases by 'FM Radio Gods' they seem to be heavily influenced by them. In that case, Prime Suspect is another cool artist who has actually collaborated with Extrawelt.)
Free web releases:
---
Anakoluth (hypnotic, deep, trippy, and this will absolutely KILL any dancefloor you play this for. Seriously, I've had people beg me to not mix out 'Achilles Heel' until "that wicked melody stops playing" - and that's right at the end of the 9 minute track... his basslines have to be heard to be believed. Morphing, twisting, warping, bubbling. And he's working on a new release, too!

I have been trawling some Russian forums, and there's still so much more than I thought... those guys love their dark, industrialized music, that's for sure.
THE LIST, pt2.5
Source Unknown (yes, that's his artist name. Don't confuse him with Unknown Source, because that's terrible music. So this guy made just one album, way back in 2001, which I just heard today. It blew me away. Really nasty and mechanical. Album name is "AM-receiver")
Noisy Pipes (name says it all, really. Loud and metallic as hell )
Triac (I can't believe I forgot this guy! his album is one of the best in the whole genre. It works superbly as a psytech album but is just as enjoyable when approached from a trance angle. Production: awesome+++.)
VA- Chronika I
VA- Chronika II
VA- Chronika III
(All 3 of these CDs combine tracks by Midimiliz, Extrawelt, The Delta, Tony Rohr, Metalogic, etc. Really good stuff with plenty of variation.)
Boo Reka (really good oldschool psytech from 2002 that sounds like it was produced this year. The more I find these one-album artists, the more I wonder how they did it.
Peace Data (and this one is from 2010 and just doesn't hold up to it in that department. Funny...)
Pick (this is like psytech and dark progressuve meeting right in the middle. Promising, and probably very handy for DJing.)
VX (I listened to their Fiction double album, and it's just MASSIVE. Every track just takes up so much space in your head... this one just begs for space and volume).
VA - Mechanical Forest (from Mechanical Dragon. Le Saboteur, Trimada, Opsy etc.)
VA - Reconstruction (Soundmute label. Le Saboteur, Kali Frogz, The Delta, Cold Project etc.)
VA - Supermarket (also from Soundmute. Le Saboteur, PhaseTech, Cujorius One, Opsy, Trimada et.)
Seeing a pattern here, too. Nice selection of artists.
