imo if you want to trip hard from smoking something, do DMT. It will actually show you something worthwhile. Can't tell you how many times I've sat in a DMT circle and had people go on incredibly meaningful personal journeys that showed them the wonders of the universe, healed them, changed their perspective...

Now, admittedly I haven't had as much experience with Salvia, but the times I did do it? Nothing but weirdness. No knowledge gained other than 'that shit is weird' - and of all the people that I've talked with who have done it, I've only come across one who has had an experience that they said was very powerful.

It's legal for a reason. No abuse potential.            If you want to make an apple pie from scratch...you must first invent the universe

DJ Zhyin (Minimal Criminal) is putting up some great mixes of this style here http://soundcloud.com/zhyin You can check the tracklists for the artists.

Been listening to this stuff exclusively this winter. Dark minimal/progressive always goes good with a biting cold, a foreboding sky and a pint of thick stout. Keeps the bones warm.

Maybe you'll like "Chaos Opera" by PoF too then. Nothing minimal about that one, though.

I agree. Though Sensient has made some pretty dark tracks, overall I would probably lean more towards the 'funky' tag rather than 'dark' when describing Sensient's music. Now myself I love the techy stuff that Perc does for a good example of prog/tech/house (notice how these "big" labels don't say much about the music at all? )
