Fairly true. If there is a lesson to be learned about the referred mystery , it can be difficult in the quest of how to perceive and understand the core of harmonics and figure out what these patterns tell us [about musical sounds in a context wider than their own specific dimensions].
There is no question that these patterns simply illustrate the dimensions of sound in accordance to scientific discoveries and descriptions. Nothing really unexplored and "mystical", you know, patterns like these are everywhere around us, in the spacetime of every day - at least the spirals - the clouds, the galaxies, the first wave ever after the big bang ... The question is only why.... Why does sound have such an incredibly strong impact on matter and how far can we go to change the structure of matter through sound - and this is the real mystery...Fairly a responsible thing to care about, especially if creating sound.
Besides talking monologues with Carl Sagan, Hawking, Nasa and all other frames of cosmological reference, there won't be much people out there to talk to about this special side of science which is the unexplored and unexplained part. Not the trance states - their impact is well studied. But the impact of sound in the context of cosmology. And therefore, it can be a lonely place to be searching and learning what is behind sound, that is why some people probably look for other minds sometimes, just to talk to others who might see sound in the core of everything too. And just pretend they would have grasped anything about the mystery of sound at all.
