Shalom Israel!

I will be visiting for my first time, Tel Aviv next month (Jan 2002).  I am a club dancer from the ATL in the USA.

Please, where are some good clubs/parties with hot house music?  Any recommendations are surely appreciated.   And, weather... how cold (or should I ask how hot?)  I would like to learn more about the after parties, as well!  ;)

Toda Roba!

ok Lisa here we going:
we are not prof. in house music coze after all we call this place israTRANCE, but some of us (like me and esspecially mr.Borris) have double fun in our life,so - next month the weather could be something between 12-18C and alot of long rains. not soo cold for U im guess... about clubs in tel-aviv  - we have reguelar (every friday) house music line in TLV, that biggest and nicest club in Tel-Aviv. its big place with big names everyweek. the only problemm with this place that its too fluffi and too "big". another reason i dont like this place is sexual orintation of this party line... but u can try it anyway.
the only place in Tel-Aviv who understand what is real house it - is Fetish club at nahlat beniamin street. small, nice deco place with realy Hot atmosphere.and they realy only ppl who play real interesting house music. also we have every friday Lemon house party line and its nice also but more for ppl who come everyweek. this is three leading house places in tel aviv and here and there ppl make partys in other clubs.
but, realy hot atmosphere imo u can get only in Fetish club. recommendated.
for more details message me privatly.

I haven't been there for a long time. Last time I was there was on Wednesday's, during their techno parties. But from what I understood, after the fire, it's not the same place anymore. People have changed, faces etc.

the fetish is a small venue.
try the Oman 17, in jerusalem. they have some thumping house raves,
Also, TLV/Octapus at the Tal Aviv Harbor, they have a descent venue and an altogether fair DJ's (residents, not talking about guests like eat static...)
also you might wanna try the Pacha in the promenande and the Gat rimon (the Gat Rimon is more of a studential Joint, but they have their moments).
the fetish is way too small for a dancer to preform, also don't try the Tamar'z Lounge, as it is A Close venue.

about the weather? well, when you dance you don't much give a damn, but right now it's fairly chilly, not too cold, but the nights can be a tad cold. wear that long feather scarf, i'd suggest, and go give'em heck, girl!

AFAIK no real good house partys in tel aviv, most of the time they will play the most crappy stuff from NY. like celada and stuff like that.
if u want real house like derrick carter and such i am afraid its not too common here. too bad.

Thanks people!  I'll travel with my laptop computer so I can keep up with this newly found forum.  Now, the more I hear, the more I want to experience, TRANCE... w/my long feather scarf sans the leather.

already mentioned. David is quite right, you cannot find quality house around here so easily, but the TLV parties are satisfactory at best.

only one thing - TLV partys is homesexual oriented partys and main music of their line is not house in fact, its more about progressive club.
